I think you're doing well and healing also pretty well. I know size loss was a major concern for you.

You said you were 16 cm pre-surgery, and now you're 15cm. If I'm not mistaken You've grown almost an inch since the day the surgery was done from what I can see. Give it a few months and I bet you will be very close to the 16cm range.
So length-wise I think you're doing well, your loss is less than half an inch which for me personally would be a great success.

Girth is another issue. You seem to have lost a bit more, but still it's less than an inch. This also is likely to expand and I think within a few months you might get to the 13.5-14cm area.

Did they put any extenders?

No. They didnt put any extenders.
The growth since surgery is for some reasons:
1- partially inflated
2- very little grow
3- measurement with stimulation (glans engorgement)

I'm sure you're going to grow within the first 6 months if you cycle daily - how much? I'm not sure.

How big was your implant?

20cm Titan touch. No RTE

I have been inflating the prosthesis for around 50 min two times a day and keeping it inflated to 80 percent during sleep

Hi Membrillo,

I am someone roughly your age who is quite likely going to have to get an implant one day. I just wanted to salute you for being forthright and honest about your experience (both good and bad) - I read some of the previous comments and some people are saying that you might 'discourage' other people from getting an implant - who cares! It's nice to hear good news and that everything is perfect so long as it's really the case - we're here to talk about the good and the bad

If you're concerned you should ask experienced members and express that - both to find a solution to any of your concerns as well as provide an objective perspective to your experience in getting an implant to folks who might consider it.

On a side note here is 1 piece of advice. This issue is psychologically painful. I've been dealing with a degree of ED for like 10 years and it's gotten worse over time. I never saw a therapist and finally in addition to seeking diagnoses / treatment agreed with my urologist to see a psychologist who specializes in sex/ED / this kind of stuff. I'd seriously consider that not as a cure to any physical issues or problems with your device but more so because the stress could effect your recovery, as I'm sure it has affected me job, past relationships, and the extent to which my ED has gotten worse of the years.

Stay strong and it sounds like your on the path to recovery my friend and thanks for being forthright in your posts. There's an audience who's watching and cheering for you my friend.

I want to tell yoy guys some things that i dont like of my implant. The coloplast titan doesnt feel natural deflated. It is harder than a flacid penis and you could feel the cilinders when you touch it.
The tips of the ciclinders could be touched under the glans.
The pump is very noticeable if anyone touch your scrotum. So if a person touches your scrotum its very dificult that she doesnt notice.

All three of these are entirely normal and universally experienced by implantees. You'll get used to it. Would you prefer an un-implanted penis that doesn't work? Life is full of choices, and they all have consequences. I'd think you would be thrilled to be able to have sex again, but your attitude seems to remain quite negative.
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.
Life is not the way it's supposed to be, it's the way it is.

I just want people to know everything how it is, yes , you will have a penis that work every time you want , but its not that simple, there are much things that people should know before take the decisión.

At first the pump was really hard to squeeze , i needed to press it around 50 times to get to the máximum , now its only about 15 times, the pump is much softer and is a lot more easy to inflate the implant right now.
