Unfreezing trimix for use

Kansas, when you get it all dialed in your wife's going to be quite happy. I find that I can last as long as I want and ejaculate almost at will. 2 or 3 times isn't a problem if I leave 1/2 hour or so between bouts. My wife is game for twice if no Cum the first time and I try to plan it that way. Nice that you have such an understanding partner.

I get mine through Unversal Men's Clinic. Quite expensive so I'd like to find out what people pay for the vials - rather than pre-loaded syringes which I order maybe 4 at a time. (about $22- or so a pop). Mine say to refrigerate and told they last about 90 days with diminishing results. My biggest issue has been the unpredictable results - from nothing to over the top "scary" as they say. I initially was using the Autoject2, and now Inject Ease and find the latter much easier to use one-handed, but now thinking freestyle even better - maybe easier and more sure fire for placement. I think the injection technique was some of the problem - but also the batch quality coming from UMC is suspect in my book. Any pros out there ?

I thaw mine out of the refrigerator for about 15 minutes, then draw up the trimix, then I put the medicine back in the freezer. I minimize the time out of the freezer, as it keeps fresh longer that way.
KansasAl, don't be afraid of testing the parameters of the dosages! You must find out what works well with you! On the left side of my penis I use .1 ml, on the right side I use .12 ml.
It took me over 13 tries to get the dosages dialed in, and now I can give more or less trimix in proportion to how long I want my erection to last.
The higher the dose for me, the longer duration of the erection, and the harder it gets.
I developed true priapism twice, once for 7 hours and once for 6 hours, which I resolved by lifting weights vigorously. I didn't feel like spending $2,000 for an emergency room visit.
I've had no after effects from either incident.
My point is that you must experiment and test the limits my friend!

Nordic, You're obviously getting screwed on the price. Some guys are getting 10ml for less than $100. I get 8ml for $110 which is ok with me. I guess you'll need to see a real urologist to get the better prescription price.

Thomas1 -- probably right. New to all this and should have gotten a "second opinion", at least as it relates to price. How many doses per vile do you get ? Mine says refrigerate (not freeze) and will be looking for better options once my UMC pre-paid amount is up.

RickeyII -- I didn't get a priapism but defnately have gotten a prolonged errection more than once and was told by UMC that a hot bath / warm compress and of course Sudafed would help ... and they also supply an 'antidote' syringe which calms things down immediately. But the tip on weight lifting, I may try that next time if I don't get a heart attack ... Also, need to try and determine if a difference on right vs. left side. They say I should rotate each injection and not sure if that has been the inconsistency issue, but was thinking about injecting one-half dose on each side ...

I'd go nutz using 1ml in a vial ... do you know how tough it is to get that last little amount into a syringe??

Cheap pikers like we are we always want that last tiny bit ...

Go back to the 5ml .. and just fill a bunch of syringes and freeze those.
So much easier and I doubt there is going to be any sterile-ness issues.

I get between 12 and 16 injections from a 2ml vial. I do use a quite strong formula though so results depend on the strength and how much one needs.

I'll eventually need to see if I can get locally thru Tri Care (military) insurance. UMC Portland gets them from Texas - who ship them to Portland - who ship them to Salem. ??

I have been injecting trimix for nearly 4 years.... and the "expiration date" is always too short of a period.... and I have used "expired" trimix many, many times. The only caution is, be sure that the trimix is clear and there are no "floatys" in it..... sometimes it required a bit bigger dose, but it always worked for me.

OK, here is an update: Last time I tried, I used 10 units and was at 40% erect for 10-15 minutes. Today, I moved it to 20 units and was at 80% for about 3 minutes. My thought was the blood washed away the medicine before it really worked. Also I asked my wife to try to pull blood out when she stuck the needle in to see if she hit it right and could pull blood. My wife is nervous and was glad to get the needle in and the plunger pushed and didn't check for blood. Are there others out there that use 30 or more units with success? I plan to use 30 units next time I inject and maybe hold the base of my penis a little bit to hold the medicine in. I will remind my wife to get a sample before she pushes the plunger.

BTW, below is what my dosages are.

Papaverine 30mg/ml
Phentolamine 1md/ml
Alprostadil 20mcg/ml
