Pumped up vs Natural Erection

When you guys pump up your implant and it is ready for intercourse, do you feel the pressure inside your dick like natural erection just like the good old days?

It has been a long time since had surgery, so forgot what a natural felt like, but feels better if not pumped to max. At least for me. Can be more pleasurable since it doesn't feel like a hard piece of steel.....

I'm only 1 week post-op, and have masturbated once fully pumped up. I don't have enough data, but I'll share my experience so far.
So far, it feels better than pre-op. Pre-op I had to take viagra and similar meds to maintain some kind of erection, and those would decrease the sensitivity and make your penis feel a bit numb.

Now, I'm getting much more sensation right now with the implant.

I took several pictures of my penis before the implant and some after the implant and there is a difference. My gerth and length are about 3/4 of inch small which I can live with but I kind of like the front of my penis being thicker then the back of it. It definitely looks a bit flatter.

However, I've noticed that it is much closer to pre-implant shape when you're aroused. Arousal makes a huge difference

Pumping it up without arousal the penis looks a bit flatter.
With arousal, it looks fuller, the head swells, and the bottom part of the shaft get engorged,
so it's getting pretty close to pre-implant shape.

In my case, without arousal the bottom part of the shaft (whatever it is called) is completely flat,
while with arousal it sticks out and it's pretty pronounced, giving the natural rounder look.

Have you tried fully pumping your penis and getting sexually aroused, or you were just pumping it up "dry"?

it was pumped up dry, but you are correct about the arousal. when I was pumped up 50% waiting to get activiated there times when I was fuller then other times.
