Measured today length and girth are the same. So no changes since activation day

I'm sure you're going to grow within the first 6 months if you cycle daily - how much? I'm not sure.

I have been inflating the prosthesis for around 50 min two times a day and keeping it inflated to 80 percent during sleep

That's probably the best exercise you can do for the next few months to increase size until you hit your max size (I've gained about 1/4 inch so far). But like everyone keeps telling you, you need to stop worrying about size and get out there and start banging some honeys. Chicks are going to care more about your fully functioning penis than a few lost centimeters or millimeters. You can't go back in time, what's done is done. Unless of course you want to go through the hassle of replacing the implant with a better surgeon...

Hey guys , quick update , im working hard to recover my lost size, im inflating my penile prosthesis around 3 times per day for around 40 min each time and sleeping with an 80% inflated prosthesis .

measures now with stimulation are :

length 15,5cm
girth 13cm

as you can see the length is getting near to pre-prosthesis , girth is still far from pre ed-girth of 14,5 cm.

So If I remember correctly, these are your before and after measurements:

length before implant 16cm --- now 15.5
girth before implant 14.5cm --- now 13cm

I know that you said you weren't 100% happy with the implant, was concerned about size and wasn't sure if this was the right way to go.
I have to say you're doing pretty-well size wise. You're almost the same length-wise and the girth is only 0.5 inches off.
You lost less than a quarter of an inch in length, in my book that's amazing.

I got implanted a few days ago, and if my measurements are as close to the pre-op size as yours are, if I lose not more than what you lost I'd be thrilled.

Are you changing your mind now on the implant, are you starting to feel happy with it, or still disappointed?

What is different now

the way the penis look is diferent than before , the erection is less full , like a semi erection . I really want to have my natural pre-Ed penis , but that is imposible, when i did this surgery it was because really need it, so overall im happy with my decisión, maybe a doctor like Francois Eid could have installed a bigger prosthesis , thats my only regret.
it Is difficult to think that i have this problem and a penile prosthesis at my age. But thats the reality and i cant do anything to change the day that my erectile dysfunction started.

I really prefer to have my natural pre-ED penis 10000000 times before a penile prosthesis, but it was the only solution for my venous leak.

Same here mine is shorter and a lot smaller diameter. Have not had sex with it only pumped for a week so far.
I had a limp penis before so smaller but hard works

I'm about 10 days post-op.

Size-wise I seem to be doing well, I'm almost the length I was pre-op.
The erection is very firm for me, and looks great when aroused.

I haven't measured girth but I might've lost a bit. The penis looks flatter when pumped dry without arousal,
however with arousal is gets very close to the pre-implant shape and size.
I will take a girth measurement once I get home. I'm not concerned about it tho,
having a working penis is what's important.

I've measured on few occasions so far. I was anywhere from 6.75 to 7.25 pre-op.
Even though I'm only 10 days post surgery, I measured multiple times
I've had a 6.5 measurement, a 6.75 measurement and 7. Arousal and the swelling of the glans
helps get you that extra length.

I will be pumping/cycling in the following months, so I'm optimistic that I'll gain a bit more size with daily
pumping.
