This is from a brand new bottle.
Long story short
Was using trimix successfully, dosage .12 .14
Health problems for much of last year, stopped using trimix (Feeling great now!)
Now trying to get back on trimix and figure out dose.
Have had 4 or 5 shots. One of them gave me a 15 minute erection, others were slightly swollen flaccids.
Just called pharmacist and asked if bottle was maybe bad?
He suggested trying 2.5 next time. Says was ok to go up to 3.0. He said dont give up, they have a formula they call "super-trimix".
Anybody have experience like this or advice to give me?
Current formula is PHENT/PAP/PG1 (2.5/75/25)/4.25ML

I'm pretty sure what I'm using is a Super Trimix formula.
my formula is:
PGE/Pap/Phent Lyo
45mcg/27mg/1mg
It's marked HI so I guess it's pretty strong.
At least it works and I can get about 15 pops per vial of 2ml stuff.

T-ball,
That is kind of a strange formula, and if it was per-ml then it would be a very strong (if strange) formula.
On the other hand, sometimes a pharmacy will label the prescription as the TOTAL amounts of each ingredient for the total amount of water listed.
In that case it would be a very weak formula (and also not very standard and still very strange):
phent 0.6mg/ pap 18mg/ pge-1 6mcg per ml.
It could be a non-standard weak formula.
Maybe you should give the Pharmacist a call or visit and find out for sure. If it is that weak then that would explain your lack of success. Ask them/your uro for something like: 1mg/30mg/20mcg.

Not been around in a while but thought I would update.
Yeah, Jim it does seem like a strange formula. I live in a college town with a big teaching hospital. This is the formulation their urology department came up with; the pharmacists actually call it the "university formula." My doc works for different hospital but was super cautious about giving me Tri-mix. His is a bi-mix only practice. I eventually wore him down and got him to switch me from bi-mix to the "university formula" for a trial as it was conservative enough formulation for him.
Anyway, I did end up at .30 and it worked great.
Soon after (July 2014) wife decided she was done with sex, so I stopped injecting. Back to JO w a cock ring.
I decided to start injecting again recently for penis maintenance. Also seems like wife is reconsidering her decision as we started fooling around a little. Overall my health is better than it was back then, and I've been able to get off a fair amt of medications.
So on Wednesday this week I had my first shot in over a year.
I tried .16, and that dose was fantastic. Gee it is really fun to have a super hard reliable erection
