Delayed Ejaculation Problems

Postby TEBozo » Tue Jul 07, 2015 9:27 am

I had a one year anniversary on May 28th. Allen Morey of UT SW of Dallas did a great job on me. Had a Titan 22 put in with 2 c. extenders. Had some Peyronnies that remained and I have a " 20 degree upward curve." I have had a girlfriend since January and she has never guessed that I have an implant!! She had been all around it and I am sure that she is amazed that her 63 year old boyfriend can literally have a 2 hour erection. It is thick, very hard and amazing to me. I truly think that it was a God Send and I am not a real religious man. Thinking back on my limp penis that did not respond to ED drugs and the craziness surrounding the injections, I am so grateful to my doctor, the friends on this forum and God for making this happen. Only last year did my company change from Blue Cross (who would have NEVER) paid for the surgery to Humana, that paid for nearly 100% of it!
Because of my success, my attorney got one but aside from him and my personal internist, no one knows anything about this. Just decided not to blab until I REALLY thought about it.

Oh yeah, the reason for this post:

I am having a very difficult time ejaculating and my girlfriend, of course, thinks that it is her fault. She mostly overlooks that since my bionic state allows me to literally wear her out, but has anyone else had this issue. Sex with myself works but it really takes a bunch of pressure. Thoughts? Pump up less? Need to clear the pipes more often than I am.

Thanks,

Being a prostate cancer survivor, I have no ejaculate..... No seminal vesicles... However.... I do have orgasms (spectacular orgasms at that). After both my implants, it took several months to achieve orgasm. Even now I don't orgasm every time. I'm usually pumped very hard. Some here say 60% or so increases sensitivity. Be patient... Keep trying...

I'm almost 4 months post op and also had delayed ejaculation problems for the first couple of months or so, but it's gotten much better. I can now cum inside her about 80% of the time. It takes longer than usual, but I do and it's worth it. Here's what has helped me and some of the other guys on here.

1. Don't pump up so high. Maybe about 80%.
2. Cut down on the masturbation/porn.
3. Maybe avoid using condoms.
4. You also said you're able to orgasm when you're by yourself right? Me too. Well when you're having intercourse, try to approach it and emulate it the same way you masturbate. For me, I orgasm when I stimulate the underside of my penis. So during intercourse I try to do the same as well, by adjusting my position and angle.

Try all that and all the other tips everyone else chimes in with, but if nothing's still working, it might be time to see your urologist, implant doctor or a sex therapist.

Hey Nick,

Do you still have pain when pumped up to max?
Well, I still do and I think that's the reason I cannot ejaculate sometimes.
I agree it's easier to ejaculate when I'm pumped to 80%.

Hey Avlis, not really. Pain when pumped to 100% was more of an issue the first couple of months. I mean I get a little bit of soreness or a sting here and there but for the most part it's pretty comfortable. It's probably due to the fact that I was cycling to 100% everyday and fighting through the pain. And pain is actually a great indicator that you are stretching the penile tissue. Just keep pumping, it'll get better over time.
