feedback by phone

Postby Funny9097 » Thu Jul 09, 2015 4:02 pm

Hi Implantees-

I am a 29 year old otherwise healthy guy. I am finding this ED issue very tough and seriously considering an implant - in fact, if they are what they are 'pumped up' to be on this forum I think it might greatly improve my life.

My question is whether any members who currently have an implant would be willing to speak with me over the phone. I have read these forums extensively but feel that asking the important questions and hearing the information first hand is what I really need to decide if I should or should not go this route. What I really need is an objective perspective, either good or bad.

Please send me a private message if you are willing to talk with me. I have long distance all across the United States and Canada though I would be happy to get a calling card and call internationally as well.

Thanks so much.

**Please note that as of now no one has messaged me - I will update if this changes

Hey there,

I'm also 29 and just got implanted a couple of weeks ago. I know it's hard finding someone as young as us, since most guys here are older.

I'm opening to answering any questions you might have, but prefer posting here so everyone can see, rather than on the phone. Thus, feel free to post any questions you might have here, and I'll do my best to answer them.

Thanks Posie - no one has gotten back to me but I suppose for most talking in person outside the boundaries of the forum is outside one's comfort.

You've done more than enough in terms of providing insight but at the risk of being redundant I'll toss one out there -

The thing I might be struggling with the most is whether a 'pumped up' implant feels 'full' - I know it's mechanical getting it up but if it's inflated/erect and one is making out with a girl does it make one horny prior to initiating intercourse ? (Or say if one just pumps it up and starts watching porn?)

I know if someone just pumps up their implant that by itself won't turn the person on and that stimulation is required. How does this arousal happen? Is there a lot of arousal down there before penetration or say before touching it while watching porn?

I really like how horny I get when my penis is erect before sex and making a girl (girlfriend) turned on before the act of sex itself. Regardless there's a ton of upside to getting an implant (like long post implant boners and certainty to be able to get it up) but I'm worried I'll loose this arousal state I currently experience when on the right meds before the act of sex itself.

This is indeed a complex matter.

Arousal plays a big part here. The arousal part is the same as before. Without an implant - your penis would get hard when aroused.
With a pumped up implant - your penis will have the same sensation, you will feel blood flowing in there when aroused, and the penis
will get significantly fuller and harder. An implant pumped up without arousal doesn't seem too full, it looks a bit flat, but this is where the arousal
part kicks in. It expands your glans, and makes your shaft bigger, and gives your penis that natural full look.

I understand your concern about this, but from my experience so far it is not different at all than a regular penis. The feelings and sensations work the same way, you get aroused as you did before. Only difference is that you have to pump it up first.

When I'm horny it feels just as good as it did pre-implant, and maybe even better since I know I'll be able to maintain my erection

Hello pockie,

Please tell me, if the implant pumped up without arousal, without sexual partner, do you feel the pressure built up in your penis?

I do feel a lot of pressure - depending on how much I pump it.

I'm only 2 weeks post op, and the pressure is decreasing by pumping up daily. And this is a good thing, since when there is too much pressure it hurts.
When I pump it to just the right hardness - it has the similar pressure you feel with a non-implant erection, without any pain.

Thank you Pockie -

I feel this is indeed a difficult question which is why I want to speak with experienced members over the phone. I think to a large extent I'm only going to have the true answer to this question if/when I go with an implant and experience it myself in my particular case.

To build on Hardenharder's question I know that when inflated if not stimulated the erection doesnt feel like an aroused erect pre implant penis.
Say you 'inflate' it and then get 'turned on' - what is causing you to feel turned on?

I know to a large extent it's blood rushing into the contour of the penis surrouding the chambers filled with seasalt;

I think what we're really wondering (or myself at least) is if the chambers of an erect penis filled with sea salt feel different once aroused than they did when you have an inflated non aroused penis? After aroused do the sea salt chambers then feel like the good old days/is the feeling inside them part of the arousal?

This is tough to even describe and put into words, lol

It it fairly simple actually - it gets aroused the same way as it did before. The penis gets fuller and harder. Your brain when aroused sends signals to your body, and blood is rushed to your penis. The changes are happening to the penile tissue surrounding the implant, this tissue gets filled with blood when you're getting aroused, and it gets fuller and harder.

The mechanics of it are no different than the pre-implant penis.
Pre-implant: when aroused blood rushes to your penis which produces an erection, your penis becomes hard and full, as well as the glans (which by default is not full without arousal)
Post-implant: when aroused blood rushes to your inflated penis, and the tissue around the implant becomes hard and full, as well the glans (which by default is not full without arousal)

Say you 'inflate' it and then get 'turned on' - what is causing you to feel turned on?

The same thing that caused it to get turned on prior to the implant. It might be my girlfriend, porn, a hot girl I see on the streets. The same things that turned me on pre-implant, are the same things that turn me on with the implant. The only difference pre and post implant is the two things I explained above, so it's not much difference really

Thanks man -

I guess I'm just really scared of doing this procedure and being dissapointed with the outcome sex or sex drive wise. Of having it done and not being in the mood for or truly enjoying sex. That's what I really want again - the desire to have sex and for the girl to really feel that 'electricity' before and during the act itself.

Your info has really been helpful - I really feel this is the best thing for me at this point but I'm not sure - don't want to do it and regret it, heh.
