I imagine most of us do about the same. I figure I'll be taking matters in hand several more times before being turned loose. Have to say it felt strange seeing it 'up' and feeling an orgasm again. Really great but strange knowing i didn't really have to do much to have a hardon. I am so anxious to try this bad boy out in the real deal. Got about 3 weeks till i see the doc.
So far its healing nicely. Scrotum incision is virtually invisible now and the one above my dick is becoming much less pronounced. Any ideas how long it takes for those stitches to dissolve? No serious pain anywhere. Only really hurts if i forget and bump it with anything. Most of the time now i only am reminded its there because its about 40% inflated and theres a pretty good bulge going on in my pants at all times.

Thanks MICKCHOWDER For picking up on what I was getting atI was still able to get an erection with industrial quantities of Trimix by injection, so the actual feeling of having it erect was not strange...

What was strange is that it didn't go down in half an hour.... This really is something to shout from the rooftops..., but "too much information for most. I told my nephew (42 and recnetly diagnosed with quite advanced cancer), and he told his wife, so the moment no-one was around the other day he said to me "Have you road tested it yet? " Her eyes lit up.... "Not with anyone else present"was my reply.... It's a shame that it takes life threatening illness to make you open up to family, but it was also that illness that made me at 64, cut to the chase, so to speak, and get the implant... Yoi don't know when your life will be taken away from yu, and a functioning dick is important.....

Are you making the horses feel inadequate with your bulge ???

I only have 1 scar, just above my dick, and at day 20 it's fading nicely. Pubic hair isgrowing into it...A bit itchy ...

I wish the best for your nephew. I didnt want to wait any more to get this (ED) fixed. My dad and both grandpas had prostate cancer. Im just about to turn 58 (in 3 days) and have tried for a long time with pills and pumps and injections. To hell with it. I got it fixed permanent.
Gotta be careful the pants i wear cause the bulge shows more in some than others. Not bragging but this thing tween my legs never was small and this Titan implant is inflated about 40%. It definitely makes an impression. Today was my first day back to work. Caught more than 1 person staring then looking away when i saw. Dont know about horses but at least a couple guys at work seem uneasy around me. I get it about the itchiness. My hair is starting to grow back in too. Gonna be an interesting few weeks till i see the doc and he lets the air out of my tires, so to speak
I truly hope your nephew gets thru this ok.

Sorry about messing up your name Mr Crowder; I use an iPad mini, and the font on this site is very small...I'm guessing your name has something to do with your size and how crowded it is down there when you're on the job, rather than making a soup of sorts. Very unfortunate slip, indeed.
I'm glad My Dr didn't leave me 40% up, ; I don't know how you manage to sit, or bend down to pick something off the floor. It must be hell!!!
And getting off to sleep must be difficult too...

No worries about the name bud. I have flubbed texting and typing things so many times. Big fingers and tiny keyboards dont mix well.
As for doc leaving me pumped up - he said it helps heal better to keep the chambers in the penis full and still keep the reservoir mostly full. Not sure what kind of implant you have but apparently with this Titan OTR it needs to be that way. He generally leaves his patients that way for two weeks after surgery but he is on vac during that time so it just worked out for four weeks for both of us. Honestly it isnt bad. I have to make sure I am pointed north towards the belly button all the time so have to wear something kinda tight anyway. Still leaves a pretty good bulge in smoe pants though. I am a back and side sleeper so thats no problem either. About the only difficult thing to do is tie my shoes. Bending over is definitely not fun as it cause the penis to poke hard into my underwear/jeans and the implant tips extend well into the glans. I tie my shoes by kneeling on the floor.
I am 12 days post op so now that things arent tender anymore I am able to do some exploring on my own with the pump. Found the release valve gave it a little squeeze. I was ready for some pain in the scrotum when i squeezed but there was none at all! Gave the pump bulb a couple squeezes and it is fairly solid but still squeezable. Heard/felt what seemed like a gurgling/bubbling then the fluid from the reservoir moved into my penis. That was amazing seeing it grow a bit like that. Stopped at a couple pumps. I am now anxious for the doc to show me how to do the rest of the way. Other than a little hand play i think thats about all i will do till able to meet with doc again.

Hey MickCrowder, where did they do the incision on you? Mine was just below the penis, did you have to squeeze the relief button really hard?

Sometimes he can get away with a single incision and sometimes it takes the ones i now have. He put in a 22 cm Titan OTR. I seem to have retained most of the length i had pre-op. Right now at about 40% inflated i am right at 7". It has been a while but i used to be 7.75". I'm not gonna complain about the difference cause I'm happy to have it working again!
Today is 12 days post-op and really for the first time am having some pain in the glans area. I'll be glad when i get home from work and can get these jeans off to give it some room.
How about you - how is yours coming along?

I am doing really well, just a couple of Tylenol a day now. I really am looking forward to getting it deflated, the area at the base of my penis is the most sore. I am also looking forward to finding out what the actual measurements are, kinda disappointed the Dr's office has been so slow to my requests.
