please help, are the cylinders suppose to extend into your glans? thanks

IMO..Yes, to some degree. Notice the "points" have some narrowing for comfort/positioning into glans. The amount into glans, if any, does seem to vary in individuals and perhaps to the surgeon's "ability" and desire per patient. My cylinders do extend into glans some, but not a lot. Not particularly a visual amount, but a felt amount in touch. Hope that helps in your thoughts. b

Yes, to some extent. If they don't, you get the dreaded "floppy head" situation, which is not good.

It should be like Baby Bear's porridge: not too hard, not too soft, but just right.
