Well, after 15 years of slowly developing ED until nothing worked, and after gaining that pubic fat pad that seemed to gather just on its own, I ended up with an almost hidden penis. I was definitely a grower, and never was hugely endowed. Plus it had been years since I had had a natural erection (no chemical assistance) so I pretty much had no idea how large I was when erect. I was definitely worried that I had gone past the point of no return, but apparently there is no such point, with my doc at least. He didn't even examine me before surgery, he just went and did it. I no longer have a hidden penis, and while I am not all that big yet, I can definitely see a difference in size after just three months. I cycle almost every day. I have the LGX so I expect to see some more growth over the next 6 months. From my prospective, there wasn't a point of no return. You couldn't have got a lot smaller than I was.
