Cant' find Trimix in my country!

I can only find Papaverine in here which gets me rock hard but the head of my penis looks small and generally it looks smaller than my erections without papaverine,

1) Why is that? and what can I do to solve it?

2) Does the Trimix do the same? What is the main difference between Papaverine and Trimix?

3) Also where can I buy Trimix? I don't have it in my country. Anybody selling it worldwide?

I'm in Turkey btw.

Do you know if MUSE (Alprostadil in pellet form as an intra-urethral suppository ) is available in your country?

You could use that to get the most important ingredient for Trimix (dissolving it in bacteriastatic water).

If you can travel to Italy, Spain or Greece to name a few or any other country that has a liberal attitude toward sex and sexuality you should have no problems.
