When is small too small?
When is small too small?
I started out SMALL, then with ED atrophy for four + years, became even shorter. Applying the stretch test rules (what you see is what you get), when is getting an implant begging the question? Anybody get an implant only to discover they're just plain too short to get any traction with a partner?
Re: When is small too small?
It truly depends on the partner. I never was more than 4.5" even when I was young. My wife never complained or wished I was bigger even after 4 vaginal deliveries. There is a lot more to your woman's sexual satisfaction than the size of the tool.
Age 68 - AMS LGX 12+2cm. Lost over an inch from pre-ED length but thicker for what it's worth (not much). ED result of heart meds.

I had a very buried penis after about 15 years of developing ED along with radiotherapy for PC. It took a real effort to get it out just far enough to wash. I no longer have a buried penis. It's not huge, but my wife is just happy that it always works now. AMS lgx May 19th 2015

Use a ved daily to keep your tissue healthy and possibly regain some size... Then go for it!

..... When I took of my pants, she said 'who do you expect to satisfy with that little thing?' I smiled and said 'myself'....

Dealing with what we are, you need to have a sense of humor...

Re: When is small too small?
I "generously" measured myself at 5.5" a couple of days ago. I have a Titan OTR implanted 16 months ago. While I'm sure I haven't actually gotten bigger, I was measuring about 4.25" shortly after surgery. I think all the swelling was gone months ago. Not sure what to attribute this to, but it makes me happy to think I'm a little bigger. I was 6-ish inches before radical prostatectomy. I am very happy with my "new little tool"!

Re: When is small too small?
Twanger--You didn't mention your age, needs, desires, etc. What I'm getting at is, would you accept a remedy that took, say, a year? I had my Titan put in 6 wks ago, and I think I'll eventually be satisfied, especially if I can regain a little bit of what I lost in surgery But I am convinced that the growth enhancements (some of them) do work. I'm too old to be waiting a year or more. Plus, Peyronie's was causing me pain. After consult with Dr Perito, I spent 3 mo stretching, and, measuring as precisely as possible, I'm sure I gained a solid 1/4". Not much, maybe 1" in a year? And if I'd been more disciplined I'd have done better. If I had it to do over, I'd continue to use the screw type extender at least 2 hrs a day. Warm, damp towel helps. I would also learn about jelqing. But you have to be careful to not be aggressive with it, as you can injure yourself if too much pressure. All of this may be to impractical for you. I understand. But I should have done this, dealt with some pain, and in a year had the implant. Oh, well. If any of this helps, well I wish you the best.
