How To Hide Stubby ?

For those of you that have had the implants, is your flaccid state straight out parallel to the floor? I have realized there is no way to "park" it in an up or down position because it is ridged. Now all my pants are about two inches too short and there is no way to walk around in gym shorts !
Any advise will be welcome.

Which implant do you have? Make sure you are deflated as much as you can. And how about a jock strap? I guess there are some advantages to being a grow-er instead of a show-er

Hi there Watsup, I have the Titian titan Coloplast 18cm +4 cm extenders. I used to be a grower but now my deflated state is more like a door stop ! LOL I can't even imagine wearing something so uncomfortable as a jock strap all day. Flashback to gym class ARGGHHH ! I think I will just have to resolve to loose slacks and leaving my shirt untucked.

I have had my 22cm Titan (including extenders) for about 14 months now and fully deflated it remains straight but hangs at about 4 pm or at maybe 25-30 degrees from my body. I just wonder if you are fully deflating. The way I fully deflate is to press/hold the deflate button with one hand and squeeze my penis with the other hand. I can feel it going down. If I simply press the deflate button, it will not fully deflate without squeezing my penis.

I wear tight Jockey shorts and keep tucked up and to the right. Have to readjust periodically..... Minor inconveniences for having a working dick!

Hey there BillinAL, yep, I've squeezed the piss out of it. I have to believe this may because I was short prior to surgery. Prior to surgery I would resemble a frighten turtle, now I actual can see the little fellow. I think I remember a discussion with my Urologist about why more men prefer the AMS, in a deflated state it's more flexible.

My surgery was 6/2/2015. I have a 18 cm Titan touch plus 1 cm extenders. I am a bit over 5 inches now. Prior to ED I was just under 7. I was totally impotent for 5 1/2 years. Just in the last week or two mine finally points down a bit when fully deflated. Things seem to be loosening up, like the pump has. As you heal there will be less discomfort when you reposition yourself.
