Hi, I have had retrograde ejaculation ever since I had my implants in, I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and is there a remedy. I have had my implants for about 3 years now. I can climax but no juice

I have "no juice" due to seminal vesicles being removed as part of a radical prostatectomy in 2010. However, many, not all but many, of my orgasms are tremendously long and powerful. I think my "orgasm pump??? “ is trying to pump semen that is not there so it just keeps pumping and pumping and I just keep coming and coming but no liquid comes out. It's great!!! Good luck!

I do not know if you have had any prostate surgeries. I had retrograde ejaculation for years before my prostate was removed. Sitting in a vehicle for an hour drive was enough to have cum rolling around in my bladder. Mine was an issue of an enlarged prostate and prostate cancer. If you have no prostate issues then I wonder if the tip extenders are having a massage effect on your prostate doing this. d

I have had retrograde ejaculation since 2011 when I had laser TURP and went on Proscar. It did not adversely impact my orgasms and wife didn't mind the lack of semen since it makes sex less messy and I have been shooting blanks since 1983 vasectomy anyhow.

Having had two TURP surgeries (darn infection), I'm a dry shooter too.
But I was speaking to a buddy who also has an implant and figured out, the cylinders were pressing his urethra closed and thus no semen came out when he ejaculated.
So if you can try "getting off" with the implant deflated, then that will be one way to determine if the cylinders are pressing too much against the urethra when inflated...
Just a thought.
