If you do consider going to Philly, do yourself a favor and go to Andrew Kramer in Baltimore. It's 90 minutes closer to Atlanta and Dr K is one of the best in the world.
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.
