More floppy head

Does anyone know much about the Trimix gel for a floppy head? Not being satisfied with the floppy, Perito gave me a script for the gel. Glans only. But it doesn't make much sense to me. The thing Trimix does is allows blood flow thru out the penis. But the cylinders prohibit the flow beyond the length of the cylinders. Or, I should say, past the base of the cylinders. Any thoughts?

The blood supply to the glans is seperate from where the cylinders are.

I had floppy head after my first implant. The doctor performed a second procedure to tunnel out more space in order to push the tips of the cylinders further into my glans; it was called a bilateral corporoplasty. From what I've read, I was under the impression that a patient shouldn't have floppy head these days if the doctor fitted the implant correctly. I suspect my doctor may have been a bit too conservative/cautious the first time.

The doctor was Sheldon Freeman in Las Vegas, Nevada. He's a real pro and great man as well. He listens and answers all questions. He re-used the same cylinders (adding rear tip extenders). Glans engorgement uses an alternative blood flow than the corpora where the cylinders are.

My right cylinder goes partially into the glans, but not the left one. I previously had the left side of the urethra punctuated by a botched implant a few implants ago. The doc that implanted the next device put in a substantially shorter cylinder there. Due to that, scar tissue formed and my new and probably last implant has a shorter cylinder and it doesn't penetrate into the glans. I begged the doctor to bore that out and equalize the cylinders but he said no. He said that doing so is risky for me and he wouldn't do it. Consequently my glans points left slightly and is very asymmetrical at the frenulum. I really hate that, but overall, I'm very pleased otherwise. I just wish he'd done that for me, but I guess that my long history of bad results waved him off.

I don't have floppy head anymore since the right side is about halfway in the glans so I'm grateful for that. The doc. said that (after healing) if I inflate to the max for 15 min. twice a day, the cylinders will seat deeper into the glans after several months (18-24), and I will be happy with the final result. I look forward to this, but I'm much happier already than with any of the others.
