Pge1 not working.

I have used injections Pge1 for the last four years and it has worked every time but the last three times it only give me less than 50% erection. Has anyone had this problem? I increased med by 20% but still same result.

drug old?
injection site or technique? (even though after 4 years of usage, sometimes may be slightly off?
new medication?
new health condition?

Trimix worked well during first year. Over next two years it had become increasingly less effective. My Uro has increased the strength of the mixture on two subsequent prescriptions and I still can't generate an erection over 85% even with 60 units. Uro has no explanation.

I am diabetic and although I am currently under fairly good control (a1c between 6.6 and 7.5), so I believe diabetes is the cause of the infructuous results.

Infructuous - unfruitful. Currently most looked up word in Merriam Websters dictionary. Never thought I would have an opportunity to use it.
