bit more of an update - went to see my local uro today Dr. Sliwinski . . .he thinks there's hope for an implant as well. Wants me to follow McCammon's advice as far as the pumping goes, and he prescribed Trental(?) to help minimize any additional scarring that wouldn't allow him or McCammon to go in and insert some form/shape of implant. He's also going to contact McCammon and let him know his thoughts. So two months of daily pumping til I go back to McCammon and then an appointment with Sliwinski in February. This thing might just happen after all! Still tentative but a bit more optimistic!

Trental is the brand name of pentoxifilline. I took it a few years before insurance quit paying for it. About the same time I could not find a pharmacy that could get it any more. for a while Target Pharmacy could get it for me. It is used to help increase blood circulation and in my opinion it helps more than cialis and such. Being cialis seems to do nothing for me any more, maybe you have prompted me to inquire about it again. I must say that I felt a little "odd" cannot explain exactly, when I took it.
