So I have been probably 20% inflated since day one and have been told by doc to leave it alone until then. I can only imagine now how uncomfortable that first full inflation will be. :( I must confess while biding my time I couldn't resist beating off a few times without any significant pain - maybe that's a good sign. :)

I am getting cycled for the first time on the same day but I will only be 3 weeks out....we can compare horror stories after.

I am surprised my Doc is waiting so long (7 weeks) but I guess all it means is my wife has to wait longer to put it to the real test. We are going to Florida for a week just three days after the first inflation. I will let you know how it goes and most important how hard it is to deflate it after. :D
Age 68 - AMS LGX 12+2cm. Lost over an inch from pre-ED length but thicker for what it's worth (not much). ED result of heart meds.

Leek65, yes it will be sore, take some Ibuprofen 45 mins prior

I was implanted on 19 August - first time inflated 1 October: no pain whatsoever!

How do you people cycle? My doctor recommended one a day for 15 minutes.

Somewhere I read up to one hour twice a day is possible. Well, that's what I did for two days. 2 x 1 hours. Now that poor thing hurts like hell, mainly inside the body.

What should I do? Stop cycling for a couple of days or only do it once or twice for just a few minutes? Recommendations are very appreciated.

Pain can actually be a good sign indicating the implant is stretching out the penile tissue and or breaking through scar tissue. You probably have room to grow! If it's causing too much pain, maybe try cutting back a little on your pumping. Maybe 1 hour once a day or half hour twice a day, and increase as time goes on.

I have a Titan, therefore it might stretch not lengthwise but the implant is trying to make my penis even thicker 8-) Which would be a good thing because a long penis has no meaning whatsoever. For women...

First cycle of my Titan today, I took a pain pill prior as suggested. It was not as bad as I anticipated, but the doc was a bit aggressive at pumping which is where the discomfort came from. He had me deflate it which took 3 tries to get the right position and to squeeze hard enough. He told me to inflate twice a day for 10 min at a time for now and that I was clear for sex this weekend which puts me at 4 weeks post-op.

If I counted right it took about 25 pumps to fully inflate in the office, it took me about half of that at home tonight. I am not sure why there was that much difference maybe I was pumping deeper, I sure was not going as fast as he was. I gave it a few minutes and attempted a few more pumps until the pump was hard as a rock which caused some pain in the head that I did not have in the office. I assume this is the implant trying to stretch the penis.

I found it awkward to hold the pump in place and pump it up. Twice it shot out of my grasp and bounced off my left nut, not comfortable at all, any tips on how to anchor the pump and pump it up?

Looking forward to hearing how yours went Leek65

After a lot of trial and error, I found the thing that works for me is to position the index and middle finger under the bulb and pump with the thumb. I generally have the fingers under and slightly to each side of the bulb so as to trap it in a three point position.

Thanks I will give it a try. Currently I am pumping with two hands since the pump is new and stiff.
