I have found out I go to 3 urologist I get 3 different opinions.
All 3 try to sell me something else. Will fix problem.
Never any guaranties of course,
I tell UR what the other UR wants to sell me. He claimes will not work. Where are guidelines?
20 years been going thru this.
Was just a few months ago they found a clogged artery.
After 20 years I got a cause.

I tried injections. Did not work. Saw a Dr about getting implant. Because I lost a lot of length I did not sign up.

I talked to urologist I have been seeing for more than 10 years. He is very good and honest.
He brought up if I wanted tri-mix again. Told him no.

I asked him if he dies implants. He told me NO
Told me not to get the implant. I would regret it and no turning back. He says people get ruined by it.
He was busy and I was not going to push the issue.

I have seen on other web sites people that have had it done and where not happy with implant.

I have read even a report from Cornel online. They seen like success and happy with outcome rate is very high. If the implant was as good as it sounds it could even better if you do not even have ED.
You can stay up as long as you want and ready whenever you want.
I remain skeptical.

I wanted to try shock wave therapy first. I have been waiting for FDA approval.
Not sure I will wait.

No turning back? Well, if going back meant going back to no erections for years after pills and injections stopped working, a penis shrunken into my body with only a tiny bit of the glans showing, a penis so shrunken it was hard to pull it out to wash, then I didn't really have anything to go back to. The only thing left to was to go forward. Now I have a penis that at least isn't buried, it ain't huge but its there. With the LGX it grows in length and girth with inflation and I and my wife can have successful intercourse again after years. And yes, I can have an erection whenever I want and for as long as I want. I pumped it up last evening and fell asleep. 6 hours later when I woke up it was still hard as a it was in the evening and with no damage. If nature has failed you, you can't beat an implant.

I don't mean to be contrary, but I've always been puzzled by the complaints about " no spontaneous" with injections. Maybe if your particular situation isn't compatible with the requirements of an injection, well, there you are. In my case, 80% of my luvin takes place in my home. It's no big deal to keep a loaded injector wrapped up in the rear of my fridge. I've been with the same girlfriend 3 yrs now. Our M.O. is usually to have "had--now I have the implant" lots of foreplay. She didn't seem to think it strange that after awhile I'd say "be right back", and make a quick trip to the bathroom, with that pause at the fridge. It would take about 30 sec to inject, and I was back in less than a min and a half. What's the big deal? 3 yrs, and she never knew. All she knew was, ecstasy for at least 1 1/2 hrs.

For me the big deal was:

(1) I didn't like sticking a needle into my penis because it was painful.

(2) It took about 15 minutes before the injection took full affect.

(3) I built up a tolerance to the dosage, resulting in needing to get a prescription for a stronger dose, sometime resulting in throwing away the supply sitting in my frig/freezer.

(4) My penis developed a curve due to the injections.

After RP surgery I used injections, in time I developed peyronies. The peyronies caused a 90 degree straight up turn. My implant straightened me out allot and works fine, but between the RP and peyronies the size was reduced. I wish I would have skipped the needle and just got the implant.

Yeah, fellas, I can identify with everything you say. And you're right to pass on it if you're so skeptical. All I was doing was pointing out the fact that I made some mistakes, and it might help someone else. I didn't find them to be painful. But sometimes, if I was in a hurry, I would not make a nice smooth injection, and the next day I would actually have a bruise on it. That's where the auto inject would help mucho. Also, it's very important to inject ONLY at 2-4 o'clock, and 8-10. Again, I got careless. I can't figure the problem you had with dosage, though. I started at a tad over 2ml, and after a year I was injecting a bit over 3.5. And I know that it's safe to go to at least 5ml. So if I hadn't been careless, I think I could have gone at least another year or two. I was thinking about your upward curvature, which I also had. As long as it's not too extreme, it could be a good thing. Was for me. In the missionary position, the tip was making almost direct contact with the G spot, which she really enjoyed. As to the dosage, you must have a different setup than I did. Mine was Trimix, and it came in a vile of, I don't know, seems like 200ml. When I ran low, I just asked for it at the Pharmacy. No Dr involved. You know, I think I'd still be injecting if it weren't for one thing. It's not recommended to do it two consecutive days. Whenever I tried it, I was in pain. I'm not saying I want to have sex everyday. There are times when I go a week without. But there are occasions where I'd like to, 2-3 days in a row. That's where the implant really shines. Well, I'm blabbering on only to say that injections can be good for some guys, If caution is used. Take care.

NO I would not I had mine put in in 2011 6 weeks ago it was took out as it had eroded thru my urea I wish I had never heard of implantsand will sure not have another one put back in not sure who said you caint have a erection as mine are starting to come back not much but I think with some work it will improve I am sure going to try the new implant is not happening
