Not everyone loses size. I didn't. It is however something that can happen but again as others have said something stiff is better than slightly bigger limp. It would be so easy to say yes or no if you knew the results ahead of time.

A decision must be judged on the known risk/reward ratio beforehand. If things go bad and the worst happens, it doesn't make the decision bad. If you know the risks and the odfs, it just mean you had bad luck.

Yes she is. We've discussed this a lot and she was hesitant first, especially with the good results I had right after the sclerotherapy. But with that effect fading off and now being back in the hit and miss world of Viagra again with sex ranging from crap to decent, she is in line with my reasoning that this is the way to go.

I keep expectations low. I don't expect everything to be perfect. Heck - it's a prosthesis, it's not a natural erection.
I am sure there will be some issues/problems. Maybe I'll lose a bit of feeling/sensitivity. Maybe it'll be a bit harder to come. Maybe my wife will have a somewhat 'unnatural' feeling during sex. Maybe I'll get a bit of a 'floppy head'. Maybe I'll lose half an inch length. Maybe I'll think the pump or the long flaccid is somewhat uncomfortable.
But I'm pretty sure not all of this will happen. And most importantly - what is 100% sure is that my dick will be hard when needed to. And that's the only true prerequisite for sex. All other issues fade in comparison to a limp dick.
You can have sex with an unnatural feeling erection. You can have sex even if it takes longer time to come, or even if you don't come at all sometimes. And you can have sex with a slightly shorter dick.
But the cold fact is that you just cannot have intercourse with a soft penis.

I guess I am lucky. My erection doesn't feel at all unnatural and it behaves just like it did before the implant. It still grows! I guess that is the LGX at work. Implant over pills, just like hard drive said!

Watsup - I didn't mean that an all good result is a minimal chance which requires some sort of low-probability luck.
I think, from doing my reading, that an absolute majority will get good result as you, and not experience any of those potential isues I mentioned.
What I meant though, was still that a big part of those potential issues probably happens by chance (and in some cases maybe because of a non-experienced surgeon).
So let me rephrase it to say then that I hope I don't have the bad luck to end up with any of those potential issues!

Yes I agree 100% with you Merrix and I hope you have the best possible outcome. Those are all issues that could happen but like you stated, nothing can happen with what I had before. I guess I am just so thankful that I have regained something of what I used to have, I can overlook some minor problems.

There is no unnatural feeling whatsoever. The erection feels the same as before. Although I don't like to masturbate anymore by using the hand. The shape of the penis isn't round but oval - a fact which I can't stand. Now I'm using a fleshlight - hell, it's fantastic!

Shorter because of the implant? Not really. Due to colon cancer I was operated in 2007 - that was the start of ED, before that my penis was 6.8". Four months ago I received a Titan Zero Degree 22 cm + 3. Now the dick is 6". 8 years with ED is a very long time.
