I found the ice packs didn't mold well to the scrotum, frozen peas worked much better. And the plastic urinal bottle, if they don't send you home with one you can pick it up at any pharmacy.

Two other things to consider. If you like to sleep on your side, make sure that you have a dense extra pillow to put between your legs to keep pressure off the family jewels. Also, I found that after a week, my scrotum liked to stick to my leg which caused a lot of pain. I would highly recommend getting something like gold bond powder to prevent that.

+ 1 ^ . I found the 1/4" cell gel filled to be my favorite. It can be formed into a U or tubular shape and that was very useful.
60 YO - PC at 49 with RRP. ED and atrophy since then. AMS-CX 21 CM + 2 CM RTE's done on 11/24/15
