Lump on right hand side, and penis head facing left since OP

Postby Andy47 » Sun Nov 29, 2015 3:02 pm

Hi Guys,

11 weeks post op Coloplast Titan.

I have small tender lump on the right hand side near where the implant tube finishes. All seems really good now other than this lump and tender spot. Any experiance of this please, and will it bed in and allow my penis to staight up? I'm not too worried about the bend, providing it doesn't get worse, more the sore spot where the lump / bump is.

Thanks Andy
Best regards,

Andy

Where my cylinders attach to the tubing connection, I have two lumps, to use your word. Actually it is the tubing connection ends on me. They are on each side of my penis base. When I inflate the cylinders attached to them, this makes them go away, i.e. they get straighten out with the cylinders. When deflate they protrude a little bit.

I do not remember them being tender and I have two lumps, so I don't know if you have something extra. If so I think you should ask you doctor. BTW am 17 weeks post op.

Look at some animated videos that demo inflated/deflate IPP, you will see the connections. When deflated the cylinders will bend at the connections.
There is a video of this on the website below.

Many thanks. I read your lumps are at the base of your penis?

My one lump is at the top just where the head start and feels like the end of the tube on the right hand side. I can feel the end of the tube I'm sure.

I now have a bent penis when flaccid and erect, and this is only post op. I just hope it will settle down and my penis will straighten up and not be sore on the lump.

Andy

As you inflate the bumps should disappear if they are part of the IPP.

I have read posts before where guys had a bent penis like one side would not inflate as much as the other and the tip not seated in the glans. They would pump up, bend the penis toward straight and pump a little more. In short order it was straight and seated and fine. You might try that. I remember one saying their doctor did the same thing to him in several daily visits and that fixed his. If I remember correctly the doctors called it modeling. For some reason Dr. Eid says he nolonger does modeling. I get the feeling it is a because it takes a little time. Best of luck d

After my second implant I was slightly bent to the left and Dr Perito showed me "modeling", which did "straighten me out".....

HOWEVER...... after my first implant, I bent severely to the left. I was straight for about an inch and then took a sharp turn to the left, pointing to about ten o'clock. Deflated, I could feel a " corner " where the implant folded. Inflated, the corner would almost go away..... But not quite. My reservoir and pump were also "misplaced" (no... not lost..). Dr Perito "revised" me about 19 months ago and I've been fine. He said one of my "balloons" had "crossed" so I had both balloons in one "cavern". The unused cavern had "healed shut" in the year after the first implant and he had to "recreate" it. Dr Perito also installed a smaller implant with a smaller pump. The right doctor really makes a difference. And Good luck doesn't Hurt!

The spot near your "head" is probably one of the tips. I can feel mine when gently touching the head. There are other "plumbing parts" I sometimes feel when squeezing different spots.

In all likelihood you are healing normally and will be happy (very very happy) with your implant. If not, there are options.

Eight months after my first implant, I lost access to one side of the release mechanism. I was inflated but couldn't deflate. I was about "half hard". Thankfully, I could still fuck. But my dick hurt all of the time. Dr Perito fixed it all for me.

Good luck!!!!
