Girth
It seems the the Titan gives more girth than the Ams. I have a Ams cx 18cm implant with 4cm tips. That's 22cm. The Ams gives me a 6 inch girth but it is a little under what I had before the implant. Don't get me wrong that's not a bad girth. But being a man I would like to have what I had if possible. Would a 22cm Titan make much difference? Would it be worth the trade? Any opinions.

Being 50 hours post op I guess I am not the most entitled advice giver here.
But my answer to your question would be:
If your implant works fine, there is no pain and everything sits nicely where it should - then for heaven's sake don't change. The old saying 'don't fix it if it ain't broke' must rarely have been more useful.
A revision surgery leaves you with way too much to lose to risk it for a potential centimeter of more girth which nobody probably would notice anyway.
That's just my two cents, whatever they are worth.

Thanks for the reply. I agree with you if it's not broken don't fix it. I'm happy with the Ams and there is no pain. I tried to keep my post short maybe to short. I didn't what to miss lead anyone. I'm not go to make a move to the titan just to gain a little girth. I'm thinking a little a head knowing in the future my implant will need to be replaced. I'm doing my research now to have a good foundation to make a good educated decision when the time comes. I'm really trying to figure out if the Titans added girth is worth while. In other words is it enough to make the switch from Ams to the Titan. I hope this makes since. There isn't any better place to look for advice and opinions than right here where these people have you might say hands on experience.

Re: Girth
It is my understanding that the CX give you more girth and the LGX can give you expanded length and girth. My first one was the CX and it was not fitted properly, I had floppy head problems. On Nov. 11, I was implanted with the LGX by a high volume surgeon who extended the cylinders up into my glans, this should give my glans more support there by not having the floppy head problem and i should re- gain back the length and girth.

Re: Girth
I to have some floor head. Not enough to change it at this time. I looked real hard at the lgx but was not able to go that route because of some scar tissue across the top about 1/4 inch from the head. I fractured it about 3 1/2 years ago. I also heard that the titan had some new soft tips. But the floppy head can more than likely by taken care of by titan or ams.

I'm Canadian. From the news on the value of the dollar today, your 2 cents is worth a whole lot more than mine!!
Re: Girth
Both the CX and the Titan have the capacity to expand beyond human dimensions. You're pretty much limited by your body. How long have you been implanted? You might be able to gain a little girth over time through regular cycling of the device.

Re: Girth
I have had my implant for two years. Over all it's been great. I have had a few problems the biggest would be some floor head. A few problems with the pump. The doctor said it may be time to replace it soon. I just thought I would check and see if anyone could shed some light on the extra girth and soft tips of the titan.

Re: Girth
merrix gave an excellent response. Keep in mind MANY with the Titan complain they cannot deflate enough to keep it from sticking out some which makes rubbing in clothing and tight clothes an issue and it seems there are more folds in the in the implant issues which cause pain with the titan. The folds and semi erect bit were reasons I did not want a Titan. d
