I don't use messaging on FT much and have a technical question. I have 3 messages in my outbox. Are they reviewed by admin first or do I need to do something special to actually send them?

Messages remain in your Out Box until the recipient reads them. Kind of an odd system, but that's what it is! At least you know if they read your message!
