Malleable (semi-rigid) rods implants

Hello,
Recently, I just got malleable (semi-rigid) rods implant in my penis. This was only 2 months ago. However, before the surgery I was able to masturbate and produce semen, and now that I have the implant I can't masturbate.
I know that I can, but I just don't know how to do it.
Can somebody tell me how I can solve my problem of not being able to masturbate successfully?
