Made to Nashville. Pre-op was no issue. They accepted my other lab work and EKG so did not have to repeat any tests. Nurse was VERY nice. I asked for spinal anesthesia. She said I can ask Milam Wed and the anesthesiologist but doubt Milam will agree.

Update. 33 hours till they tell me they want to have I.V started but who counts? Want I.V. running 2 hours before surgery. Took the wife to supper. I am a person who enjoys good service and cannot tolerate poor service. I often tip more than the meal for excellent service, even when I cannot afford to. Here is tonight's experience. Yes this story is part of the dick trip boys. d Most times I forget the names of places that give good service by the time I get home so I have started asking for business cards. Night one in Nashville TN, we went to eat. First bar and grill seated us and never took a drink order or food order. We finally got up and left. Waitress had passed our table 15 times by my wife's count and seemed to be killing time or treading water. Second was Blackstone Restaurant and Brewery. We were seated and given menus. 3 waitress' stood around chatting doing nothing. No drink, no orders taken. After running out of things to re-read on the menu I started doing math problems on the sugar packets to kill time. Did you know that if you bought every add on option to their pizza that it will cost a whopping $52.00? It's a f'cking pizza people not an entire wedding dinner. Wrote down the time on a packet once I became annoyed. 9 minutes later with no service we left and went to Amerigo restaurant. We were seated immediately, our coats checked, drink order taken immediately, food was ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR and delivered FAST. Service was FABULOUS. Every single employee in sight was always working and friendly. Several stoppe dto visit and we had nice chats. The manager of Blackstone hunted us down and came to Amerigo to our table and apologized for their $‪#‎itty‬ service. I must say to Amerigo @ www.amerigo.net, Your excellent food, excellent service, and shocklingly lower price than I expected to pay made the evening spectacular. Thank you!

Alibaba: Thanks for all your support on the implants forum. Best of luck with your surgery. We'll be waiting for the results on Thursday! As far as risk goes, I was getting into a funk prior to mine and just rationalized that you minimize risk by thorough pre and post surgery care and selecting a pre-eminent doc to do the work. Nothing in life is riskless, we have to go for it.
Reminds me of the definition of minor vs. major surgery. Minor surgery is that performed on anyone else. Major surgery is anything performed on ME.
