Actually yesterday was day 5, and today is day 6, so I got ahead of myself. Yeah I know it's so early. I'm just got quite a case of cabin fever here and it's hard not to dwell on how things feel. Really I should consider myself lucky that the pain isn't still giving me trouble.

Merrix, I believe I am either totally deflate or just marginally so. Dr. Kramer said that he didn't leave patients inflated post op.

To compare at six days:

I had really bad pain and just stayed in bed. You're doing miles better...

My pump was pretty much at the same place as it is now at 4 weeks. Only it's much more loose, moveable and palpable now when the swelling Is gone.

My penis, also nearly totally deflated, pointed at 1:30. Probably partly due to more swelling, maybe due to different angle of my crus, and probably due to the stiffer material in the Titan than the AMS.

The length of my penis at that stage was around 1.5 inches shorter than a pre op erection. But hey - you are deflated! In theory a CX or a Titan doesn't increase in length when inflated. But in reality that's bullshit since if implant is aggressively sized, it crinkles when deflated. And the crinkles disappear when Inflated, so there is a difference in length between deflated and inflated. At least in the beginning. Maybe the future flaccid will grow to the same length as inflated due to tissue stretching. But at your stage (and mine as well), there sure is a length difference between deflated and inflated. Furthermore, I was swollen at the pubic area, so the base for the measurement is not the bone and you lose some their as well compared to pre op and final result.

And, unfortunately I can tell you that if you are like me, you will lose some girth compared to when you begin cycling. I was happy that I had gained some girth shortly after starting cycling. That gain is gone now. Guess it was because of swelling which disappeared. On the other hand, I expect to gain some from future cycling.

Clab: I'm in pretty much the same boat. Am using advil for the swelling. Penis and scrotum are still swollen, but are receding slowly. Have a great big bruise right above my penis and a big one on the left side of the scrotum. The two bruises on the glans where they pull the cylinders through have already faded. I have a little periodic discomfort around the reservoir and some "twangs" of pain in my scrotum and around the incision. Same things standing up too quickly. Getting impatient to get back to "normal". My scrotum is reducing in size, I can feel the pump. Mine is in the bottom rear of the scrotum. I tried to tell which side was the inflation bulb and which the deflate button, it is still swollen enough that I can't really get good differentiation. The pump will move a little, but not much. I think the advice above is good. Let's give it some time and be patient. I think the cylinders are starting to bleed down a little. I too have gone from 3 oclock to about 2:00 or 2:30. That's what got me playing with the pump. I thought if I could, I'd give it a couple of pumps, but gave up on that. Nurse is scheduling me an appointment for next week for activation.

It is now day 10. I went back to work on day 7, where I have to stand up for hours at a time. It was very uncomfortable. I took some ibuprofen but nothing heavier. I work in the service industry, so being pleasant and helpful isn't the easiest thing in the world when there's constant discomfort in my scrotum. Things are still swollen, little by little it's going down. I think it may take more time for me because I didn't stay off my feet enough in the early days. Still no real pain, it's just that when I'm on my feet for hours I become uncomfortable and I get exhausted easily. It's remarkable how tired I am after a 6 hour shift, where before it wouldn't have slowed me down nearly as much. Movement is getting easier, and my steps aren't quite as awkward now. The soreness in the abdomen from the reservoir is gone, and I can laugh and cough without feeling it. Not much else to report. I think in maybe another week I'll be able to pump, but it will depend a lot on this swelling going down. The color is much better, but there's still a ways to go.

Honestly, I think that when you look back and read this in a few weeks, you'll smile at your worries.
Having an orgasm isn't going to hurt. Infection, I am sure no doctor, but as far as I know, the top guys seem to agree that infection is caused by bacteria entering body (most often from skin) during surgery.
That won't happen after a week from a blow job...

I guess the only problem would have been if you went very, very rough and caused some aditional bruising and swelling which may have set you back in terms of recovery.
But then you'd have pain, right? And you don't...

So don't worry!
You just got an early test that things seem to work fine...
