please help with Titan "One touch" deflating

sorry for my bad english. I was implanted 3 weeks ago with Titan "Touch" new pump. I have problem to undesrtand how deflate the penis. wich is the proper process ?

i think one of these...

1) i have to press and hold the deflate buttons with one hand and together squeeze my penis with the other hand...

or

2) i have to press buttons and release them, then i squeeze penis. this is the right process fot Titan OTR but i dont know if its the same for "the touch"

i find this video , he explains the difference btw "OTR" and "Touch" pump.... i have problem with Language but i think he said the only difference is the size of the pump, more little for the "touch".
for the rest, the process is the same, i have to press and release the disk/buttons, then squeeze the penis.

can you confirm this is the correct way ?

OTR means One Touch Release.

The right way is to press the release button once, and then squeeze the penis.

I had problems to do this from the beginning. I had to press and hold the release button with one hand and squeeze the penis at the same time with the other hand.

My problem was I simply didn't press the release button hard enough.
I need to press it very, very hard to make it stay open.

Another important thing to know is that when the release valve is open, the pump will be very hard to squeeze the first time. It requires a forceful press on the pump to make the release valve return to pump position. After this first forceful pump squeeze all subsequent pump squeezes only need normal force.

i have not problem to squeeze the pump once after deflating. my suggestion is that the cilinders aren't really empty after first deflating, so i re-pull the disk and squeeze penis again... but never i'm full empty..

other problem is often to identify the disk.. i hope this is just for first time..

I have the Titan Touch.
I agree deflating is not very easy from the beginning. It takes som learning and experience to develop the best way.

Here is more details on my experience:

From the beginning, my penis pointed at about 2 o'clock even when deflated.
I thought I was not properly deflated, but that was only a minor part of the reason.
Mainly this was because there was still swelling. Blood and edema left in the cavernosa making the penis rigid even with deflated cylinders.
Also, the bioflex material of the Titan is stiffer than the silicone in AMS. Bioflex will never get as soft as silicone, but the bioflex will soften with time. From the beginning it is stiff enough to together with the swelling make it feel like the deflation is not good. On the other hand, the advantage of the stiffer bioflex according to leading surgeons are stiffer erections and longer lifetime of the device.

From the beginning I could not lock the deflate valve in the deflate position. Only way for me to deflate was to hold the deflation button down during the whole deflation process. Meaning I had to hold the deflation button with one hand and squeeze the penis with the other hand for about 30 seconds or more.
Even then I thought that I got some autofill after deflation.
I discussed this with Dr. Eid, and he said the valve should stay open from one press.
He also said there will unfortunately most of the time be some degree of autofill simply because the pressure in the abdomen when moving is so high that it will sometimes force some liquid back in the cylinders.
However, Dr. Eid said just like the engineer in your videolink, that a good way to prevent the autofill is to always give the bulb one pump after deflation to reposition the deflation valve.

So I gave this a try.
I had to press the deflate button very, very hard to make it stay open. But when it does stay open, deflation is much easier. What I do now is to squeeze the penis with one hand at the same time I press the perineal area with the other hand. This helps to empty the internal part of the cylinders as well.
If I only squeeze the penis, and then press the perineal area, I can feel the fluid moving from the crus to the penis.

After inflation, I need to press quite hard on the bulb to reposition the valve.

This method works for me and I don't have any noticeable, if any, autofill problems.

ok i read again and I understand it Merrix .. you press button until it does open and release it, then squeeze the penis and press the perineal area.. ok!

other doubt : if i dont press the pump after deflation , are deflating valves opened for all time ? so per exemple, i can squeeze the penis even 5 minuts after valvoles opening ?

yes sure, just to understand the mechanism of the valvle...

this nigth ok, i deflate very soon.. my method is push very strong the buttons at firs, then not release it but keep finger slightly on it and with other hand squeeze the penis.. i think its not dangerous to hold the button slightly.

when I will have more confidence, then i will release button....

If you press hard enough to open the valve then no need to hold the release button.
Just try. Press hard and then squeeze the penis. If you get deflated while you squeeze the penis, then the valve is open.
If nothing happens when you squeeze the penis, then you did not press hard enough to open the valve.

If so, then try to press harder. If it still does not stay open, then you must hold the release button while you squeeze the penis.
