Sounds like you are making progress. I have an appointment on Monday at which I expect to be instructed on cycling. As I said in my last post, I've decided not to push it and wait for the appointment. I have little concern about the inflation part, what's not as clear is deflating. We got "busy" during the week and had good results. Stimulation resulted in some erection, even without attempting to inflate. Wife "explored" the territory and thinks it is going to work out well. I've not measured, but girth even partially inflated post op is about the same maybe a little better. Length is shorter, I'm guessing 3/4 to one inch. I'm not going to even worry about it until I've been cycling for a month or so. I do notice a couple of differences, I seem to be urinating more volume and fewer trips to the bathroom. I'm uncut and prior to surgery the foreskin stayed behind the glans about 60% of the time, now it seems to cover the glans most of the time. Neither are anything to be concerned about, just a difference.

I've been experiencing less pain when I inflate, which is very encouraging. I'm staying inflated for between 5 and 10 minutes at a time, and I think I am getting maybe around 8-10 pumps before the bulb becomes too hard and/or my penis starts to ache too much. The tips are coming closer to full support of the glans, but I still think they need to go farther to really hold the glans up; as of right now, the glans seems a little droopy and small compared to the rest of the shaft. Engorgement could also help with stability and appearance, and I have not had any natural arousal along with my inflation so far. This is because it has just been too uncomfortable to do anything sexy with it, so the appearance and feel at this point is pure implant. I also still have just a little bit of a fold in the right cylinder near the base. It starts out very pronounced but gets better with each pump, so I think when I can get closer to full inflation this will work itself out. I'm just a tad below 90 degrees in the angle, and I am already pretty happy with the length and girth. Just a little shorter and thinner, but the funny thing is that right now it looks thicker from the top down, it's kind of wild. Also the implant seems to be filling out the bottom half of my penis more than the shaft near the tip, above the circumcision scar. It is very wide at the base and gradually tapers down as it reaches the tip. I don't think there is much swelling left either, so this could still be distorting the appearance, but I don't think so. My old natural erections were, on the other hand, very uniform and cylindrical, so I know that I have, at the moment, lost a bit of that uniform girth even though my penis now appears wider than before. Even knowing that things will change, that my tissues will continue to stretch and adapt, and that my own blood flow will round out the shape more, I'm curious as to how this newer shape would feel to a woman. Better, worse, no real difference? Just an academic curiosity, really, I'm sure it will be great. I can't wait until I'm comfortable enough to start using this thing.

I can assure you that arousal makes a big difference.
For me, for two reasons:

The glans will need engorgement from arousal to match the inflated shaft. Inflation without arousal makes the glans look asymmetrically small.

The shaft will need arousal to get a rounder shape. Inflation without arousal makes my penis look flat.

I learned from a doctor who spoke to a prostate cancer support group that I was in that glans engorgement is a completely different process from having an erection. For some men with E.D. after surgery (I assume he was talking about E.D. after surgery) the natural glans engorgement upon arousal returns, and for some it does not return.

In my own case I have had natural glans engorgement upon arousal return, for which I am grateful. (And I use an implant to make the shaft hard.)

I'm waiting to see if arousal can plump it up. Watching some porn and playing with my wife did nothing. Glans is just a pointy little thing now. I always had a nice plumb shape bigger than the shaft before and now it is smaller than the shaft and Every time I peed and milked it a couple strokes get out the excess pee it would get fat. So far none of that. Milk it for 5 minute and it is still winkled and pointy. It is early yet though. Since the prostatectomy the only time my dick actually grew without assistance was when I pooped. Then it would get huge which was a good time to use it if I could get cleaned up and move very fast. Now no difference. Something else to get used to.

Very sorry to hear that alibaba. Looks like you're having quite a hard time of it since the implant. Maybe the glans engorgement will return in due course? I think a few other guys had success in that area after some time. Unfortunately a lot of the issues have no easy or quick fixes and we are required to wait them out. It sucks having to wait but not sure what else can be done.

Thanks. Internist called tonight and told me he is going to set me up with a referral with a penile reconstruction doc tomorrow. I don't quit and don't any of y'all either! Tough boys don't always finish first but they damn well finish! Set goals and push hard. If you have to toss a few assholes off the cliff so be it. Makes more room for the good people. Know your limits; but what's wrong with red lining once in a while?
