23 days out. Daily discomfort, which I had been feeling after being on my feet for hours at a time, is pretty much totally gone. Now I only feel the implant when I bend over or move suddenly or awkwardly, but it isn't ever painful. I think this weekend I'll head back to the gym and try to get in a solid upper body workout. Lower body workouts I'll take a little slower, or maybe just introduce some lighter assisted lifts, like leg extensions and calf raises. Not really in any huge rush, but I have noticed that I've lost some muscle mass and put on a little bit of fat. It will be easy to get back to my old shape, though. As far as pumping goes, I'm making decent progress. I wouldn't be me if I didn't have concerns, however. I can now pump to about 80% I think, and it's still very sore, too unpleasant to do anything with. If I pump to about 50 or 60%, I can masturbate very gently. With natural arousal and my own blood flow contributing, my penis, at 50% inflated, looks almost exactly like it used to whenever I could achieve a full erection. The big difference now is that this erection endures! I'm still in a stage where everything is too sore to really enjoy, but I have to say that just the sight of an erection that doesn't immediately wilt is making me feel lighter and happier in my day to day life. No serious transformations have occurred at this point, it's more subtle, but I just feel better and more confident already, and I still haven't been able to use this thing. I think in another week I'll be good to go for sex. Now, my major concern at this point is the right cylinder. When I pump, it remains bent or kinked near the base. It starts out pretty bad, and then almost gets straight when I reach my pumping limit, but is still just slightly bent or bunched up. The tips go into the glans nicely and feel like they are where they should be, and the left cylinder is totally straightened out from base to tip. The right side is just not quite cooperating, and I'm hoping this isn't a sign of the dreaded oversizing. I'm hoping that my tissues are still stretching out and that, in time, the cylinder will be totally straight and the discomfort will be resolved. Dr. Kramer examined me right at the 3 week point and didn't seem to think it was a big deal, and thought it would straighten out with daily cycling. I sure hope that's the case.

Good news man.

Take it easy with the gym. Anything causing intra abdominal pressure should be avoided for six weeks. You want that reservoir to get stuck where it should and not end up in your scrotum.
I took a complete break from the gym for six weeks. Just started now and I am pathetically weak. Lost 5 kilos (not fat) and it's crap. But muscles can be regained easier than it would be to have the reservoir replaced...

Even though I don't think I'm getting close to full inflation, I was able to have sex yesterday for about 30ish minutes. It was an amazing experience, despite the intense soreness. I probably had the device about 50 percent inflated, which was firm enough for penetration, a little harder already than my best moments in the past. What a totally different world I'm already inhabiting! I could concentrate on my own sensations and my partners pleasure, and finally relax and feel comfortable during this most natural and pleasurable of acts. It is interesting how I expected that I might still feel some ED anxiety, and that it might take time to wrap my mind around the fact that I no longer need to worry. I've read about other guys who have had ED for a long time going through this in the early stages, and especially considering how much anxiety I am capable of having, I thought this would happen to me too. But I felt no anxiety or worry whatsoever. It was like I never had ED at all. My dick just stayed hard, and it felt like the most natural thing in the world. It might sound a little dramatic, but it felt like this was who I was supposed to be, like I had been reunited with a past self from another life who had always had perfect functioning, and I instantly remembered exactly how to conduct myself. Now, I was dealing with a lot of soreness, so there were still limitations to what I could do regarding position, speed, duration, etc. But I know all of that will come in time. I'm just so happy that I'm not even a month out and already able to experience the upside of my new life. It's only going to get better from here.

My girlfriend reported that it felt incredible, and she orgasmed several times. She is very orgasmic so I'm not just tooting my horn here, but just relaying the information that even at this early stage of only partial inflation, that the implant feels great to a woman. She also said that it felt just as big, and filled her the same way it did before. Now, the tape measurer doesn't lie, and it says I am a little smaller right now. But the difference must be negligible when it comes to what a woman feels during sex, and the extra rigidity and durability I'm getting now are already more than making up for the minor loss in size. I have a really good feeling about regaining size over time, and even increasing the girth a little beyond what I used to have, but really, even if I didn't get any bigger, I know I'm more than adequate, and I would be happy with the result. I also know that is easier for me to say than some men because I started out on the larger end of the spectrum, but any size I get from here on out will just be pure bonus. Looking forward to continued healing and a new life without the burden of ED.

Your commentary gave me goosebumps, I'm pretty convinced Kramer and Eid are the two masters of the implant universe the more I read and research, and I only mention this for the prospective patient. I know, I know- there's LOTS of GREAT surgeons (I've read about Milam, Perito, Karpman, Garber on here), all excellent. But the 2 guys seem to be outstanding. Also, "the rich get richer, and the poor get poorer" holds true for surgery. The more these high volume guys do, the more experience they get, the better they get. High volume guys get more experience, which in turn make them better.

Lastly, that little "kink" you have sounds totally fine, the doc generously sized you and you'll always get the stretch over time to grow into a cm or so of cylinder. Think about that extra amount you have over the next few YEARS as you stretch, cycle. At a month or whatever, to have a little extra is a luxury

One question I have is that when you're aroused, how far do your cylinder tips go into the glans?

The interesting thing about my implant so far is that when I'm not inflated, the tips are well below the glans, maybe even half an inch. When I first realized this before I started pumping, it worried me. Like I've said, I know I'm not near full inflation yet because it's just too sore, but when I get a good 7-10 pumps in, the tips are just about midway into the glans. So far there is a big length difference between my flaccid and erect states, even though I have a CX, which doesn't expand in length. I grow about 1.5 inches when I inflate right now.
