You might be trying too soon to pump it up. I didn't for over two months and even then not all the way. I am now six months out with a Titan 18cm w/1 rte and last night I only pumped it half as much as when I cycle (I can get 15 -20 if I don't mind the pain and last night I pumped it 8 times) and my wife told me that it was WAY harder than she had ever felt it before I had my prostatectomy; even in my early twenties. You really can hammer a nail in with it and much bigger towels than before the RPP (I guess all guys must do this!).
I had a period, earlier after my penile implant procedure, where I could pump it indefinitely and absolutely nothing happened. It was totally flaccid. I went to the urologist and the valve, in its early stages, does get quirky and stuck in either lockout position of deflate position. He got it to inflate and that was the first time it was ever totally filled and I was in total awe over the prosthesis. It gets MUCH harder than in my youth. The implant pump also gets softer and easier to use as time goes by.
So have patience, my friend. You will not be disappointed.

How is it that you're far enough along to be inflating fully? That's not supposed to happen (I'm told) until the 6 week followup.
Would you say who your doctor was?
Thanks

There seem to be lots of bragging, why don't we keep it real. If you got what you say you have, let us see. A photo speak louder than words.

A photo can show how big it is, but not how hard, which was the original question.superb_h wrote:There seem to be lots of bragging, why don't we keep it real. If you got what you say you have, let us see. A photo speak louder than words.

A photo with a towel hanging on it will give you a better idea than just words.

I will NOT go back to Milam who refuses to talk to me. His nurse is not nice. Communication with those people is impossible. Donbecker, same doc, different day, maybe different staff, not the same implant.

With my Titan implants, it was unnaturally hard. I could and have honestly pumped it up so hard, that's could slap it against my bathroom cabinet and it made a loud knocking noise like a piece of wood banging on the counter top. Me and the wife used to joke about it all the time. It didn't hurt, and the skin didn't dampen the sound of the knocking very much. That is no joke.
With my AMS it's not as solid. It's still harder than a natural erection, won't bend, and holds a heavy beech towel up at the 3 'O Clock position easily. Yes, I could do things with a good natural erection, but the fully pumped AMS is for me is harder.
I think it has not only to do with how it's installed, but also the diameter of the cylinders. I have extraordinary girth according to my doc. I think that is a major factor but I could be wrong.
This is of course after many months with the Titan. That thing was unreal, but the Titans keep failing for me. To be fair, an AMS failed on me too, but over all I like the AMS better.

I thought the maximum number of implants a guy could get is two.
Re: How hard are you..... Really. Don't dress it up
I had a call from a guy 8 days ago who had 5 implants and soon will go six due to an issue. Aware of several more from 2-8. Nice thing if it is just a failure issue, most go up a size each time. If it is an infection issue they usually lose some.
