Yeah I can relate to that somewhat. When I first showed my inflated dick to my wife, she just had a really weird glazed look on her face and then commented that is that the size you were before? Obviously she was trying to say in a polite way that I was now tiny :? It was the look on her face that I'll probably never forget :o

Save yourself a lot of time and money, go to Andrew Kramer in baltimore, the one doing the huge amount of surgery and putting it online. Maybe Eid comes in 2nd but who knows.

I understand the look. After the prostatectomy my wife's first comment was "I cannot believe how little it is." then told me the doc said they had problems making the connection because my prostate was so large so they stapled my bladder to my colon and pulled part of my penis inside to to get them together. Can't tell me women don't notice size.

alibaba, perhaps when you visit IL shortly you'll have the opportunity to review Dr McVary & Dr Bar-Chama's pump-free penile prosthesis made from nitinol and activated via an induction process which results in an erection with rigidity similar to inflatable implants at body temperature. The work is conducted at the Southern Illinois School of Medicine in Springfield (217.545.8000). Cohort trials are probably 2 years away but at least there's hope that high tech is on the horizon to replace the primitive penile pump. Sorry to hear of your latest debacle.

Wow, that's interesting. Curious how it would behave around devices producing strong magnetic fields, such as various work environments, or large speaker systems used by musicians and such.

Anyway it's great to see new developments finally. We need a better technology.

Here's what I read...

The thought of having to use something external to the body would seem a bit uncomfortable to me personally. I hated using pills and VED as they were "external". However maybe one could get used to the induction based technology if it becomes the norm. Certainly we could then build remote controls of some sort for true erection on demand.

Just as well add 3 thousand to that for our out of pocket. Wife just asked me if I had told everyone here we tried to have sex and it is so small and skinny now we just said the hell with it. At this point I see no use to have it. Maybe it can be done again to make it useful but this is VERY VERY disappointing. Limber, tubes jutting out everywhere, pump sticking out front at an angle. Looks like sloppy work plus lost considerable length and girth. Wish I could go back in time but this is a no going back procedure which is one reason it took 2 years to decide to find a doc to do it, then 5 to get it done. Now I see why ***********in Arkansas told me he is very disappointed in his and wished he had not had his either.

I am happy as a pig in poop, 64 with a 50 year old girlfriend who adores my dick. No idea I even have one! It is a Titan.

Yes I would do it again.
I would not recommend it to anyone though. Just like I wouldn't say 'don't do it' either.
It's a too big thing for me to recommend it to anyone.

All I would say with 100% confidence is: If you do it - make sure you have the best surgeon in the world doing it.

My understanding with the magnet induction implant, it is basically a flexible rod. Instead of bending up and down as the rods work now it is a cylinder full of charged metal pellets that will align in a way to make it hard when you hold a high power magnet up to it for a couple minutes. I found a picture but cannot copy it or get link it. Multi step links to get to it. It does not inflate fatter so it acts quite like the rod implants now except more flixible flacid and you hold the inducer to it to crank the mother up instead of bend it. AMS is funding the study. Interesting being Boston Scientific own AMS and they have had products that turn on or off by magnets in the past. Cannot read the Medscape link. They would send me so many new stories I locked them out a long time ago an pitched my login.
