Inflated/deflated size (glans)

Dr took me into to see a patient that had gotten an implant a few days before.
(Patient consented to it)
After I asked the Dr to confirm that it was only inflated 20-30%.
The guy got the Titan.

The penis does not grow much more. Maybe slightly.
The girth would not get much bigger either.

1.) Pumping it up to maximum would only increase the hardness?

I saw the guy walk into the office. He was wearing pajama pants and was walking funny.
The glans (head) looked deformed. He was still swollen. Sort of pushed in. Length of the head I am guessing about 1/2 the size as normal. Talking to Dr I guess he tries to get the largest size in.

2.) As things stretch would the head get a more normal shape?
3.)Also does the width fill out to match the girth?

I think Dr Eid injects fillers or something to increase the head size. Not sure if I get implant from other guy Eid would put fillers into me.

Dr. Eid does injections of collagen into the glans to enlarge it. The injections are purely for cosmetic purposes, and are not covered by any insurance. I don't know if he does that at the same time as implants, though. The cost is $4000.

The difference between how a man's penis will look and function shortly after the implant surgery and how it looks and functions six months to a year later is the difference between night and day. I've had no problems with my glans swelling up nicely once sexually aroused. With the right skilled surgeon the width and girth should fill out after regular cycling (daily pumping).
