Very interesting. That tells me it is much like natural which was one of the reasons I had hoped for an AMS. Mine reminds me of a gooseneck lamp. How long have you had your implant? I have had mine since November 18. My penis feels more natural in the flaccid state now than it did initially. That being said, I do not recall my implant ever being as stiff as yours.

I've had it 38 days. Today I deflated several times. Wait 30 minutes and lay down between each. I got a better flaccid after the 3rd one and it was quite comfortable doing yard work but it is still somewhat like a piece of flexible metal conduit or a gooseneck lamp. Although nothing like the original flaccid state, I was quite pleased with it, wrinkles, kinks, bulges and all. I do not understand how anyone can deflate the perineal part. I need 3 hands to do that. 1 to squeeze release valve, 1 to squeeze penis and best I have found since the perineal portion of the cylinders has moved again, is to push my fingers under the perineal cylinders between them and the bone. I seem to be getting an ever increasing gap there and I can reduce the cylinders to a slight crinkled stage that way. Doc seems to think there is an issue there that the tubing is causing cylinders to crease enough to restrict flow. Last night there were again loops in the tubing palpable on the right side around the cylinder but as in the last week and 1/2, in a different location.
