Cialis
Does anyone use the above after implant to assist in keeping blood flow up to other areas of penis after surgery to help Floppy Head?
Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

Re: Cialis
I posted this a few days ago. It has really had an effect on me. I take 10 - 20mg every other day and I have been waking up with firm erections even though my implant is deflated. That good blood flow has resulted in my penis gaining quite a bit of girth now when inflated. In fact at just over 3 months since surgery, I'm back to my normal size. No pain at all and lots of great sex. I love this implant.
"A few weeks ago I started occasionally taking some left over Cialis. My theory was that blood flow is required for healing and, maybe, Cialis could somehow help with that. About two weeks ago, I started getting that feeling of a morning erection, but without getting hard at all. I think the feeling was that the blood was trying to build in there but didn't have the tissues rebuilt yet to enable it to expand.
I started taking 10-20mg of Cialis every couple of days so as to continue to encourage blood flow. The morning feelings have continued to get stronger and, yesterday, I woke with an erection hard enough to have sex (deflated). As the process has continued, my penis, when pumped up, is now back to looking and feeling much like a successful pre-surgery erection - really good size and shape. The tissues have rebuilt and the blood flow of arousal is back.
I think healing is all about good blood flow. That's why there is so much swelling around an infection or any trauma. The body is loading the area that needs healing with blood. Any thing that can aid the blood flow is great help."

I Was just at my 5 week post op vista and was released for active duty ,urologist said if I had any Viagra or Cialis
IT would enhance my experience using my implant.I haven't tryed it yet seems to work fine with out it. MY gland in larger with foreplay. BUT not with cycling. I'M going to have to give it a shot and see if it changes any thing.

Re: Cialis
Why blood in the penis is important after IPP......
[Corpus spongiosum: A column of sponge-like tissue running along the front of the penis and ending at the glans penis; it fills with blood during an erection, keeping the urethra -- which runs through it -- open.
So this is how the glans gets the blood to engorge it. The Corpus Spongiosium during surgery was not removed and is intact. This why a IPP may have MORNING WOOD. Cialis may help get the blood there and keep it there.
My glans engorges when aroused. I have tried taking 1.25 mg (5 mg quartered daily) have not notice a change. Also implanted with Testopel pellets, testosterone is now over 800.

Re: Cialis
I have been taking 20mg Cialis daily since 1 week post implant. Has not helped my glans any which is a withered little thing now but has helped my BP meds get my BP back under control if you can call 135-140 under control.

Psyched, are you paying out of pocket for the Cialis or is your health insurance helping out?

My glans engorges when aroused. I have tried taking 1.25 mg (5 mg quartered) to see what would happen. Making sure I was fully deflated, with the valve in the deflate position I wake up with a partial erection. Don't know if being implanted with Testopel pellets matters, testosterone is now over 800.

Re: Cialis
Upped Cialis to 40mg a day which is a double dose. No difference. Nothing going on down there. In an alter universe my double probably has a boner at an inappropriate time.
