Questions about glans engorgement for venous leak implantees

For the people who had a diagnosed venous leak and got an implant done :

1) Do you still get glans and corpus spongiosum engorgement when aroused ?

2) If yes, is the engorgement partial/minimal, or is it complete ?

3) Do you have any idea if the inflated implant occludes the leaking veins in the corporal body of the penis ?

4) How long did it take after your operation to regain proper blood flow to the glans and the corpus spongiosum ?

1 - My head was always quite soft. Did the sclerotherapy which fixed the glans problem, but not the consistency of the cavernous-erections. Now I still get the glans engorgement, but guess I wouldn't have gotten much without the sclerotherapy since I didn't have much before.

3 - I am no urologist, but I would be very, very surprised if this is the case.
4 - Don't know. All I know is I masturbated with an inflated dick first time after around 2 weeks, and then the glans was working well.

And finally, despite what I write in (1) above, I still do not recommend anyone doing the sclerotherapy. I think there are too many risks associated with it. Coupled with poor chances of cure.
It might sound that sclerotherapy and implant in theory is a great combination. But again, I think the sclerotherapy is too risky. I think I would rather have a semi-hard glans and a rock hard shaft than taking the risks with the sclerotherapy.
