Are you pumping it up enough? Also, you still have to be sexually excited in order for blood to get into the glans. So, remember the old days and take some time at the beginning to get turned on (sorry if I sound patronizing. Just a thought).

I've got a Titan as well. Took me a while to get the hang of it, but I am now eight months out and it is working extremely well for intercourse.

Try different positions to experiment with what works best. If your penis keeps slipping out try her on top.

My first one was like that. I was told to use lube to penetrate and that didn't work, finally i found another dr. that examine me and found out the implant cylinders was too short and didn't support my glans. So feel around check to make sure your cylinders goes into the glands. Who was your Dr?

In a prostate cancer support group that I was in where urologists and other medical persons were lecturers at our monthly meetings, I learned that glans engorgement (the head swelling up when aroused) is a separate system from having an erection. Some guys who have lost erection function (like after a prostatectomy) will have the glans-engorgement function return and some will not have it return. In my case, it has returned. (I wake up each morning with a swollen glans but a soft shaft; I call this my "morning wood-ette.")

Mine keeps coming out too but it is because it is shorter, skinnier, bends in the middle. My glans has done nothing so far but stay small and wrinkled. I never saw wrinkles in it before the implant.

72 for you, for me oral sex is just like with a natural erection for both my wife and for me. And having an orgasm with an implant is completely possible -- the implant doesn't change your orgasms or urinary issues or anything like that; "all" it does is make the penis hard.

If your surgeon does a good job and you are not one of the few unlucky bastards getting a serious complication - all those questions are answered with a positive answer.
