There are many problems but here I am making the point for those who got an implant that post implant it does not feel 100% natural. Those who say it does are disillusioned. I am not saying it it a horrid affair, just do not expect it to feel the same as it is not.

I’ve got an impression that you just were not mentally ready for the implant. I would have been in a similar position if I did not chicken out the surgery a couple of year ago when I had a chance. I am pretty sure I would be disappointed now due to the length loss. However few years later I’ve changed my priorities and came to a conclusion that “something” is better than “nothing”. Back in time when I could had my implant, I still had a residual erection – I could easily get hard though it woudn’t last for more than a minute. Now I cannot anything. I use 20mg Cialis + VED + 2 tightest constriction rings and that lazy bastard wouldn’t hold more than couple of minutes. So I am in the situation of “nothing to lose”.
I guess most of the guys that are happy with the outcome are like that – something is better than nothing and they are happy with that “something”. I realize how unsatisfied you are. However if money is not a showstopper you can always have things fixed. You will not lose any length if you take care of the penile tissue.

I remember a guy from this forum (he had his nickname with LGX word) who also was extremely disappointed with his result. In according to his journal he was using a VED that initially just made his floppy head even worse but eventually gave room for a bigger implant. I wouldn’t recommend you to start using VED unless your future surgeon approves it. But this is something that can keep you busy until the revision when I am sure you will get better output.

You will get lots of comments on this site some will say what you want to hear and some will scare the fucking shit out of you but one thing is for sure it really does help to have a bunch of guys that have been where you are heading and who have been through the endless questions in their head just like you, what I have come to believe is there is no one size fits all and I am not talking penis size but that we will all have an individual story in the end that will have similarities. So to that I suggest that you take all you can from the posts on the site and then sit with your surgeon and ask, ask away. This is no light decision so make sure you believe that your doc is the right person and that he is prepared to go over anything that gives you the confidence to make your decision.
