Leaving Partial Inflated

I seem to remember someone here mentioning that they left their implant partially inflated as it felt better. Can anyone expand on that and let me know if they do the same as my time for the first inflate is coming up. Right now I am bout 15-20% inflated per doctor and have finally mastered what to do with it while driving, setting and it doesn't stand out too much to be noticed unless someone was to focus on that area.

I always left mine partial in the beginning because the rubes would cause some irritation at the base. Now for the most I deflate all the way unless the pants I'm wearing are somewhat tight in the front which then kind of irritates the tunes where they bend then 2-3 pumps is enough to smooth out the bend so it is more comfortable. In time everyone will do what is more comfortable for themselves and there isn't a wrong way

I keep mine about 20% inflated. For me it's just a mater of how it feels. It does depend on what I am wearing.

I keep two pumps it just feels better and looks better ,and seems to make me feel aroused somewhat ,like that a lot
