No, maybe about 90% to 95%. Just so it doesn't feel like steel.

I can hang a bath towel on my AMS 700 LGX. In my opinion, the most powerful variable in the success of the surgery is the surgeon. That decision is not the time for compromises.

It is harder than a natural erection. Both in terms of how much you can squeeze it and how 'hard it is attached to the pubic bone' as you express it.
The difference in hardness to a perfect natural erection is however more noticeable to me than to my wife.

Anyway, the important thing is that it is not softer. Harder is barely an advantage, since the ideal outcome is to mimic a natural erection.

I'm with the AMS/LGX and only inflated 20% as I get my first inflate 2 weeks form now. Right now, hard as hell and wouldn't want it any harder. Have to position it now so I can drive without it feeling any discomfort. If I remember right, hanging a Bath Towel ever when 16 was tough. Feeling and sensation is far more important than having a baseball bat between my legs.

Hello vagabond, quality of erection is subjective from patient to patient. Some have never had a quality erection. I could do the towel trick upto age 37 or so, after that nada. As noted above, the taste test would be quality of feeling and sensation as far as satisfaction perceived by your partner and yourself
I doubt you can research and find a medical article with study of 2000 hard dicks with measurements of rigidity. Good luck on surgery

I can hang my wet bath towel off of my Titan. Very rigid

My implant is harder and more rigid than what I had at 18.
As an experiment I did hang a bath towel and it held it fine.
