Rock Hard Erections

I'm hearing a lot of guys talk about implants creating rock hard erections. I also hear some guys saying that this is a negative. Why is this? I guess I am too excited about having a super hard dick again but now I'm wondering if I shouldn't inflate to full capacity (after I actually get the implant). Thanks guys

I'm only 20% inflated now after surgery and my lady like to feel the firmness and the blood flow is such that the head swells and shaft also has some increase. Can't wait for full inflate in two weeks.
Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.
