Would you go through it again to gain an inch?

Postby DonBecker54 » Fri Mar 18, 2016 11:29 pm

As some readers here may already know, my length post-op is just 4". I was between 5.5 and 6 inches pre-op. I was 7 inches before ED and Peyronies took their toll.

I'm considering seeing if Dr. Eid or Kramer feel confident that they could get me over 5" again. An inch doesn't sound like much, but this stub is really depressing me.

Would you go through it again to get more than four inches in length?

That is exactly what I'm doing. Currently I'm between 4.5 and 5 inches depending on if I'm aroused or not. Eid thinks I may be able to gain 2-3cm from the revision. What I'm really looking forward to is a firm Erection without floppy glans and no RTEs. The last one is a bonus but while I'm at it, I'll try to get it all done. For me the problem is also unsupported glans and not just the length issue. Do you have other issues too or is only length? Do you have a LGX? If so it may increase in length.
Developed ED at 32.

Not sure who your first doctor was but I was only 5" at the time of surgery and during my first visit the doctor checked what length I could achieve after the implant. When I was younger my first wife wanted to measure and she found me to be around 6". Right now I am about 15 to 20% inflated and from the photos on 'My Journey" after the swelling going down it appears I will get back most of what I use to have. If I want more length, I have to drop weight. Check out the photos on My Journey under implants and you will see how the swelling masked the length and the latest photos show after the swelling has gone. Remember, that is a most 20% inflated.

Contact doctor Kramer and talk with him. My first inflate is March 29th and looking forward to pumping up everyday to recover girth and length. If I can get back to 5" I will be very happy and very active again.
Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

Searching my old posts I see I was 4.25" ten weeks after my first implant. For my second implant Dr Perito installed a smaller Titan (doesn't that sound funny... Smaller Titan?)..... I really do feel the extra 1+“ was simply gained by the swelling going all the way down over many many months... The 5.5" I have now is not only "acceptable"..... IT'S FUN!!!!!.... . Be patient and good luck.

Searching a bit more, I see I was 3.62" in the days after my second surgery..... Again... Be patient......

For those who gained length over time, what brand did you have installed? I have a Titan, and the customer service rep said that the length I have now is what I'll always have. I was transplanted January 14th, and there hasn't been swelling in a long time.

The night before implant I pumped up to regular size of 6.75" even though I know I was fair bit longer before prostate surgery.
For multiple reasons seen on other posts:-
- Cornell deflated me a week after surgery and left it that way.
- When I went for my 4 week activation visit Cornell told me I wasn't ready for activation and to come back in another FIVE weeks - that was 10 days ago so I'm almost 6 weeks.
I did not measure during first week but ever since deflation I have been exactly 3.25" WOW....
Right now I'm REALLY REALLY CONCERNED but know I cannot even talk about it until activated..
Btw that 3.25 has curvature. He said he used an 18+4 AMS-CX implant. I am Not Circumcised..

That is the official version.
However, there is a study indicating otherwise, and there are also plenty FT guys reporting increased lengths after daily inflating for long periods. What is the truth? Who knows...

Link to the article:
http://www.ajandrology.com/preprintarti ... ?id=163266

And please note that all objects in the study had the Titan implant.

What I think is missing though is a reference to pre-surgery length.
Is it so that the people who can gain a lot from the post-surgery measurement are the ones who lost length during surgery?
Just a question, since I think what is relevant really is length compared to pre-op, not post-op.
If I can choose between:
A: being 6 inch before surgery, 6 inch after surgery, and 6 inch after 24 months,
or
B: being 6 inch before surgery, 5 inch after surgery, and then 6 inch again after 24 months,
I would choose A.
But in this study, guy A would have gained nothing, and guy B would have gained 2.5 cm...

Worth thinking about when reading it.

I still think it's the swelling.....

However, I did sleep fully inflated for a year and a half or so after surgery. I liked sleeping inflated and Sometimes still do. Main reason I stopped is I either injured or "arthritis-ized" my right thumb.... I can only inflate with my left hand and worry about my left thumb (so far it does not hurt)....but it's yet another advantage in teaching your dates to inflate you..... My girl this morning was inflating me before I even noticed (I was busy concentrating on her)..... and deflated me when we were done..... and was tickled with herself - and nicely tipped....... (DB.... regulars really do want to be your regulars...... income flow or something maybe......)

But I digress..... I still think it's the swelling.... You may not think so, but that pad right behind the base of your dick is still swollen..... I don't really think I gained an inch...... But the tape measure doesn't lie....

Be patient....

I think I once described this process as : worry, worry, worry...... HURT LIKE HELL...... worry, HURT, worry, HURT, worry, HURT...... and then...... enjoy, enjoy, enjoy.....

To answer this thread, NO. Majority of the nerve endings inside a women are in the first 4 inches. I would learn how to use what I have but I am not you.

Pre-Op I was a flacid 6.75". Did not pay too much attention the the Post-Op size because I knew this was temporary based on others here on FT. Dr. Cornell left me about 50% Post-Op until I was inflated 31 days later. At my 8 week checkup he found I was still swollen. On FT others said they grew in length up to 24 months after operation and one study said the "average" time their subjects could inflate "comfortably" was 43 days.

The curvature will probably go away once you are inflated. Pumped up I am straight and once healed I was able to move it right and left deflated.

BTW IPP is 18+5 AMS-CX, circumcised.

Modeling can help with the curvature, depending on the cause.... My first Titan was a "lost cause"....... About an inch out it bent severely down and to the left. I had many other problems with it

Dr Perito was very pleased at how straight he made my bent little dick! Over the ensuing weeks it sometimes wanted to go back to being bent. Dr Perito showed me modeling. It's been almost two years. I would kinda squeeze my dick manipulating the "bend" with my fingers I believe I also held and guided it as I pumped it up.

End result is a straight little dick that, "grow (or not grow)", is a wonderful little companion..... Again.... Be patient....
