Length and Girth

Sorry about the title of this post. I'm sure it's a topic that has been greatly discussed. BUT I did not know how else to categorize it. OK, my first question is. Does anyone have experience with their length and or girth getting bigger as time goes by after surgery? Second, is anyone able to get blood flow to the shaft and or glans with an implant? VERY curious to see what everyone's experience has been. THANKS!!

Just had surgery on March 2nd and first inflate is March 29th. I can tell you Dr. Kramer did a wonderful job and I do have blood flow to the head of my penis and also shaft. I now wake with an enlarged head and thicker shaft. If I feel the shaft and think about some old times it stays thicker and doesn't go back down till I want. With the implant inflated I think I will be back to times long passed. Looking forward to my first experience at intercourse fully inflated.

I have been very blessed by researching and selecting the top doctor. If you can, reach out to Dr. Kramer and he will answer all your questions.

My girth has been as good as or better than before my prostatectomy in 2000. My length has increased by a half inch from the time the LGX was inserted in Sept. 2014, which makes it just a half inch less than my original pre-prostatectomy length. (I pump it up daily as far as it will go, following my urologist's instructions.) And I have a glans that is engorged (swells) every morning and whenever I am aroused.
