Even conservative estimates indicate that penile implants have about a 85% satisfaction rate. Some studies report a 93% satisfaction rate. In your case it clearly was not the product itself but the physician doing the surgery.

Clearly, you're unhappy with your results--and from the photos you posted I say rightly so. You've spent a lot of time, money and attention on this. Perhaps it is time to take a break from dealing with it, just for a little while; few weeks, a few months--maybe even a year.

Your life doesn't have to be "sexless" because of the condition of your penis. It's only sexual intercourseless. Sorry to hear about your continuing troubles with your implant. I've been there. My first implant lasted less than 2 years before I had to have a revision due to mechanical failure. From my perspective, I can say do not have it removed. It will cause nothing but more problems. If I was in your shoes, I would try to meet face to face with the best in the business and let them check you out in person. Karpman, Eid, Kramer, Perito, Garber. Try not to give up and have faith! I am terribly sorry of course to hear that things still seems to be going south with no signs of turning north.
I totally understand your feelings and thoughts of just ripping the implant out and forget all about sex and focus on other important things in life.
I can refer to that before my implant. Many nights after having to interrupt intercourse because my dick went soft, I thought to myself when lying next to my gorgeous naked wife, that ' fuck it, it's not worth the failures. Better just to forget all about sex than failing every fourth time'.

What Eid does say he can fix is to give you a working pain free dick again. It might be too short for your current liking, and a lot shorter than in your hey days. But you know what Alibaba? Yes it does hurt. I get random stabs of pain all the time where the reservoir is now located, same at the pump and like yesterday, walked the 4 dogs 12 blocks and the tubing going around the penis was hurting so bad I could barely make it to the house.
