I don't have my implant yet but as a youthful 47 y.o. whose had ed for just over 10 years I am ready to make up for lost time. I have struggled with if and when to tell about my implant. I have decided that if the person is a one night stand there is no need to say anything. If it is beginning to get serious I would make up some sad story about why you have it. Then work up to outright total honesty. This is MY plan that I am choosing to use. Most other people may have a problem with this strategy. BEST OF LUCK!

You are an older man with a younger woman, and it went on for 8 months now. So, even if they know you are bionic, be prepared and use that to your advantage. I just think it is a pity if a reasonably young man considering an implant reads this and believes he can have a sex life without hiding anything, avoiding anything, and believes his partner will not notice.

Fully agree with that. What needs to change is the mentality towards stuff like this among man, which is hard considering the taboo subject. Why don't a lot of people have a problem with breast implants? i mean, i hate those hugely oversized-porn-start-look-alike breasts, but if a woman has a small sized breast and feels unconfortable with it and chooses to have implants to be adequately sized, i think it's awesome. In fact, so much more visually appealing..

Raising awereness, that's what it is. On a side note, i keep on trying to contact the admin on a similar subject, but he doesn't seem to be too interested on it. I think i will start the endeavour on my own...
