Pump hard, trimix gel. Long post as always.

Saw another doc about this $#*^ implant. Had a scan to try to figure it out. There " appears to be scrotal and testicular tissue surrounding the pumping mechanism and a larger clumped up mass of scrotal tissue in the lower base of the scrotum". Second doctor who has now said their might be a spot of debris in the pump valve "but it may work it's way out and sometimes does" . Tomorrow I call the hospital to see if they got the insurance company to approve another scan. 2 trips yesterday and 1 call today went nowhere to get an angiographic CT study to see why the blood flow won't go to glans and skin. I swear if the valve is bad, I don't give a damn how quick and easy it is to replace the pump. I want this whole D%$#ed thing out and replaced to fix the other issues. supposedly the pump is so easy to replace they can do it with local anesthetic and it takes longer to scrub the surgical area than replace it. Whatever. I've got so much on my plate now I do not know when I would have time to get it fixed. Whole issue why I tried to get the implant work done in Nov or Dec every year.

Off the implant subject for a minute. I have a lot of loose skin from the implanted dick being shorter now. Doctor today said I have enough to create a new foreskin by putting an interrupted purse string suture all the way around to hold it over the glans for about 6 weeks. He said the suture makes a small tubular band of scar tissue than mimics a natural band that will works like natural by holding over the glans or retracting as I wish. He said he could do that in 15-20 minutes in office for $900 and be less invasive and less risk than trying to get the dick size back that may not happen due to new scar tissue after this implant. Very interesting but still does not address the other implant issues.

Monday night I was 1/2 mad at this implant. It still hurt like hell after the Advil spiked with whiskey, I had work to do and the whiskey was messing with my thinking and I decided fuck this thing. I'd tried pumping it 3 times, 140 times each and still could tie my dick in a knot is was so limber. It had gotten a hard pump ball the last try and I could not squeeze with both hands no matter what I tried. I stretched out my ball sack, put the pump bulb on the granite counter top and pushed for all I could push. Something gave and it would pump. Damn thing was going to pump or break. Bruised the #u@k out of my scrotum! but got it to pump and pump up hard. Small dick, but hard. I had to let if off after 1 1/2 minutes because my dick hurt like hell after straightening out the bend ( modeling), but the damn thing worked. Still ran out of fluid in the bulb. I think there was room for more fluid but bulb was cupped in flat. First time since Thursday when the doc got it to work. Called AMS patient assistance. Got a different woman. Why do they have women who have no implants to tell you how to operate yours???? I asked why this thing will pump 300+ pumps on the easy side of the bulb and 1/4 turn on the bulb you can barely squeeze it with 2 hands, a vise and pliers? The doctor had to use both hands too. She says that is the way it is supposed to be and always use the hardest to squeeze side. I told her the soft side and hard side keep rotating. She had no answer for that. For a runty little guy I have strong arms and hands. No way a weak old man could pump this.

Last night for the first time ever this thing pumped up hard as a rock before it ran out of fluid. It seems like the penis adjusted to it after a bit and I could have pumped more had there been fluid to do it. Dickie boy was softer after a bit. The left perineal portion of that cylinder pumps up twice as big at the right one. I would guess it was near an inch in diameter. Walking was difficult because of the perineal ( crus ) end of both cylinders. I left it pumped for 50 minutes w/o pain and it was fairly straight for a change so no modeling. After 50 minutes the pain turned on with a vengence. The harder I get it the more the tubing pushes out. When I measured, hard was 5 1/2". Girth was better but still on the shorted side too.

Still no luck finding a compounding pharmacy to make the trimix gel for me. I called all 4 pharmacies I've ordered injectable from in the past. Does not help the doc left a lot off the prescription and they have not been able to get an answer from him to send a new prescription. A friend told me he could make it based on the lowest dose recipes I have for old injectable mixes. The cost would be around $17.50 per use which is a lot higher than the injections were and this was based on the lowest dose of trimix I used years ago. The last mix I had was 4 times as strong but injected less so it saved a lot of $ getting it down to about $3.00 an injection. Doc told me I need to use it every day or every other day considering how wrinkled the glans is and the off color.

End of update. If anyone has a reasonable cost source for trimix gel, please share. Insurance will not pay a cent and the idea of getting an implant plus the 40mg of Cialis daily I am on now PLUS $5000 a year trimix gel is not sitting well. Defeats the whole idea of the implant. There has to be an affordable comfort zone somewhere. Time to get off here. Wife is throwing a fit for me to pump this thing up to see if it will work again.

That's all very bizarre. To go from the pretzel you had to 5 1/2".

The second time I saw the nurse to see if she could inflate all the way, I was able to do so afterwards. I wonder if getting the bulb to squash has an effect.

Is your 5 1/2" straight? If so, you're a lucky guy.

Why do you want a foreskin? I'm thrilled that I don't have one anymore, I got rid off it when I was around two-years old. Never ever met a woman who was fond of a sausage end. A penis without foreskin looks much more aesthetic, furthermore the likeliness for a woman to catch cervix cancer is much smaller when the man has no foreskin.

All the friends I have with foreskins were Europeans before they moved here. They are all happier with their dicks and as a whole seem to have had less dick issues than the chopped all the hell Americans I know. I was 18 years old before I ever saw a foreskin as the butcher shop is open 24 hours a day in the states.se
The first 10 years my only dick issues were related to the circumcision. Skin bridge no issue, I cut that and got rid of it. The main issue i had was sensitivity and tight skin. I was a grower and when my dick would get hard it would stretch the skin so tight after pulling my ball sack up on the shaft that sometimes the skin would get tears in it. Not fun.
The glans skin hardened and lost major amount of sensitivity. Another side effect. Doctors confirmed it does that. They sell and prescribe fake rubber foreskins to wear to get the sensitivity back. What the hell is the sense in whacking off part of your dick and then having to do that???
When I was around 30 years old, my brother-in-law who is French showed me his foreskin and how it works. There is no comparison in the way the skin looks and reacts. I'm surprised the nut jobs who wrote the religious laws to mutilate dicks did not come up with a similar law for other parts of the body too.
Mr. Becker, I am still bending it straight but it seems to be much better in that respect. I pumped it up again this morning and the bend was only about the 11:00 position but the damn pump is so hard to squeeze it takes both hands. I timed it last night and this morning. 40 pumps takes 7-8 minutes. This morning my arms were shaking from squeezing so hard. When deflated, the damn thing quickly bends to between the 9 and 10:00 position. My wife is STILL wanting me to tape a popsicle stick to it. After wearing it in my pants for a bit it will be fully at 9:00 when I pull it out to pee.
