How Full Is The Flacid State?

So I've heard a lot about ALL implanted being showers not growers. I think that's awesome BUT how full is the penis when flacid? Is there any increase in girth while flacid from before the surgery?

I was a grower. It would easily double in length and quadruple in girth. My girth now is larger than my pre-implant flaccid but nowhere near the size I had previously when hard.

I can only speak for myself and my implant, a larger sized Titan.
My flaccid is both longer and thicker than pre op.
Common knowledge is that an AMS has a more natural and soft flaccid.
The silicone AMS is made of is much softer than the Bioflex the Titan is made of.
AMS also has a smaller diameter cylinder size. These two facts does provide the advantage of the softer flaccid of AMS.
Without ever having had an AMS implant, a good guess is that any given dick will be thicker in the flaccid state with a Titan than an AMS for the above reasons.
In my opinion, that's a bad thing.
I'd like the AMS flaccid and the Titan erection...

Both companies have been bought out so another purchase would not surprise me considering the consolidation of MANY drug companies. Likely they would drop one brand or jack the price on both since there would be no competition either way. That is the way mergers and they seldom favor the product buyers.

I have another ten days before my cycling appointment, meaning I'm still in a semi erect state. Today I went in for a chec up and asked to deflate me fully. The nurse deflated me as best he could but I'm still standing straight out at 3:00. It's smaller but still appears semi erect. I asked how much further down will it go and was told "not much more".

I told him go to the gym early before my work day and showe and dress there. How am I going to take a shower with what appears to be an erection. I'll get thrown out!

I was told that after a while my Titan (22 cm) with one rte will "probably" get more flexible, but it's not likely that my dick will ever hang down like it did. I can deal with it, but something I didn't expect. I knew I would be "hung" post surgery but never expected to walk around with a perma- boner.

I can only refer to myself and my outcome.
I was left almost completely deflated after surgery. Nevertheless, my dick pointed at around 1:30 for the whole first week.
After I started cycling, around 2 weeks post op, when deflated it pointed at around 3:00-3:30. Completely deflated. I was quite worried about this and rightly so - who the F wants to walk around with a constant erection?
But Dr Eid just told me to relax, things would get well. One reason was, according to him, that the Titan material is very stiff and it needs 'breaking in'. With time it will simply get softer and hang down better. And he was right. At around 5-6 weeks my dick pointed nicely down at around 4:30 and by now, 3.5 months post op, it is no issue anymore. Angle is around 5:00. It is maybe not hanging exactly as a normal dick, but it is no problem. It hangs down at a good enough angle. And probably it will continue to improve over the years ahead.

So be patient!

Don't worry. My dick is hanging down at 6 0'clock - well maybe 5 minutes past 6. No difference to the era before I got implanted. I'm going to the gym regularly, nobody ever noticed an 'erection' because there is none. It can well be that people noticed my dick though. I'm wearing quite large boxers, when in the charging area and bending down, sometimes one can see my dick. Well, it was never short but now with the implant it's much longer. I won't complain about that...

My flaccid size when I had a Coloplast implant is the same as now with the AMS--about seven inches long. The Coloplast was wider (i.e. larger girth) when flaccid that the AMS but with the Coloplast implant I never could get comfortable. I felt pressure all the time and sometimes felt pain. My job required me to be seated for long periods of time, which was problematic with the Coloplast. My erect length is the same with the Coloplast as now with the AMS--eight inches long, not bone pressed. I never measured the erect girth but I can't tell any difference between the Coloplast I had and the AMS I have now.
