Scrotoplasty with implant

Like to hear results, pros, cons re. having scrotoplasty at same time as implant surgery. My surgeon wants to decrease or eliminate my penoscrotal webbing during implant. Seems like a good thing, but are there any downsides? Greater risk of infection? Prolonged healing? Etc.

I asked about that before. 1 doc says he does that on every implant claiming it makes their penis look longer but you do lose some sensation. He said less people think their dick looks shorter after the implant since more is exposed on the bottom side. You have to ask yourself are you going after looks, feel, or are you trying to stuff 1/2 your ball sack in now? As best as I remember he had an extra $500 or $1000 fee to it which I thought was his real reason doing it. I've no experience, just asked why cut off good tissue and throw it away.

Honestly, I cannot remember which one. One of the doctors at Wash U in St. Louis. One in Texas brought up the same thing on the phone too. 2012,2013 and 2014 were when I was shopping hard for an implant doc.
