Seven months post op: came home from the gym one day, took my jock strap off and noticed I was at six o'clock. Am usually at 5 or 5:30, but if I do not deflate well can be at 4.

Was a grower but now flaccid is longer because of the cylinders cannot shrivel up anymore.

Had some daily Cialis left and wanted to see what effect a small amount (1.25 or a 5 MG quartered) would have on engorging the glans. Two things happened: I occasionally woke up with a morning glans erection and noticed my flaccid shaft stays fatter (more round).

My flaccid is larger than when it is erect. It is also harder than in the erect state. My doctor said it had something to do with me being an identical twin.

Implant on March 2nd, AMS/LGX and was a grower. Us to enlarge from 2" to 6" or more when erect. Flaccid now is 3" and very very firm. Have tried a number of different types of underwear and just bends penis down and not comfortable. Found some jock straps with a hole for the penis and what a relief. The bending was most unpleasant every day and now I just don't care if it pokes out a little. Does anyone else find their penis is somewhat ridged even after releasing all you can and squeezing?

So I've heard a lot about ALL implanted being showers not growers. I think that's awesome BUT how full is the penis when flacid? Is there any increase in girth while flacid from before the surgery?

I can only speak for myself and my implant, a larger sized Titan.
My flaccid is both longer and thicker than pre op.
Common knowledge is that an AMS has a more natural and soft flaccid.
The silicone AMS is made of is much softer than the Bioflex the Titan is made of.
AMS also has a smaller diameter cylinder size. These two facts does provide the advantage of the softer flaccid of AMS.
Without ever having had an AMS implant, a good guess is that any given dick will be thicker in the flaccid state with a Titan than an AMS for the above reasons.
In my opinion, that's a bad thing.
I'd like the AMS flaccid and the Titan erection...

I had a 22 CM Titan implanted in May 2013. At the time my penis was shrinking and when I would stoop over to pick something up it would actually turtle. Since my implant I and much longer flaccid and in the width is larger also. I'm very thankful for the girth of the Titan and the hardest because it is welcomed by my lady friend.

However, I am now nine months out and I wear cotton jockstraps and even boxer shorts, so it gets softer over time. Not softer in the erect state though; I love my Titan!

My AMS get hard as hell and can't image someone being harder. Ordered some more open jock straps so I can wear everyday till my flaccid state calms down. Hard to wear my jeans as they bends my cock down and not pleasant. Will post photo on My Journey so others will know what to look for and where to get them. May help others.

I can squeeze my LGX down to where it lays fairly nice but it soon sticks out about 4:00. I think it is the fluid draining out of the perineal portion I cannot squeeze. I find it very uncomfortable to wear jeans, suit pants or heavy clothing. Not so much an issue with light weight thin loose fitting pants.
